First all inclusive. Loved the multiple salt water pools. Food was pretty good, drinks were poured heavy, and the sun was amazing. Beach/ocean area has some sea**** in it but it’s in a bay, not much to be done there. Room “credits” were confusing and we were not able to successfully use them. Loved seeing the cats around, made it feel more comfortable for me.

I checked in at 4 pm and had not eaten all day. The restaurants were sold out for the three days I was there. Extremely limited food selection at that time and no where to buy anything. How do you make rice and beans taste bad? Had I closed my eyes I would have thought the pizza was cardboard with can sauce I had one bite of each. The worst food in my life. Never ate anything again there. There was no desk/vanity table in the room. Service was good but the product horrible.

I went to the RIU for a girl's trip with my best friend, and we had the most perfect time. The staff was great, from arrival until departure. Martin from entertainment is an absolute angel and DJ Rudy was the absolute best DJ i've heard play at any resort in my years of traveling.
As it relates to food, I'm a vegan so I could not try the restaurants due to limited food options. However, the buffet was sufficient for every meal, with a great variety of options to choose from.
If you are looking for a good time, this is where you want to be.

The staff weren't very present during the day. We had to seek their servers out in order to get anything, until they noticed we tip well when they come around regularly.
Beach was pretty nasty and the men peddling their wares were annoying. "What's wrong witchu mon!" was commonly heard when you try to ignore them.
In-room fridge only gets "filled" every other day, and they only allow you to have 3 beers. That's ridiculous!
Liquor is super watered down. Food was terrible. Not coming back!

The description online was misleading. It appeared we had access to all 3 Riu properties that were together, but was told that was not case upon arrival w/o apologies. Another guest stated they had the same impression, and had a similar response as we did.
Check in was not a pleasant nor accommodating process. They discouraged assistance with taking our bags to our room. Many of the staff were not friendly nor accommodating. There were a few who were good, which helped make up for the ones who were not. Entertainment staff were fun and inviting. Entertainment during the day & night was good!
Riu app was not easy to connect with nor use (had to use for reservations to restaurants). The 1st night there, the app said all reservations for restaurants were full for the time we were staying, this was very disappointing. The next day someone tried again and was able to book some reservations. You could only book two reservations at a time. We had a family of 6, so there were a couple of nights we were not able to eat together at the restaurants. The last restaurant we went to we were treated very rudely by a hostess saying we were supposed to put a note in the comment section on the app if we wanted to sit together. We were the 2nd group of people entering and no one was behind us. They did allow us to sit together, but she definitely made it clear she was not happy with us.
We have been to several all inclusive resorts and haven’t had this experience before.

I liked that the property was clean and kept up 24/7
The people that entertain was awesome from the start of the day till the end I was impressed how the kept us entertained for so long
What I didn’t like was alcohol it was water down so we had to buy what we liked from the store across the street

The resort was exactly what we needed. It was peaceful with a great variety of food.
The entertainment was top notch with the entertainers performing outstanding.
The staff was attentive to our needs and wants.
Will definitely visit again.

Limited dining options. Buildings and rooms could use an upgrade. Expensive gift shop! The television stations had muffled sound.

This is an all inclusive all adult property they closed the pools at 6pm which is too early. ALL restaurants were booked for our entire 4 day stay all we could do is eat buffet or go off-site and spend money. The sports bar never had food available. The bartenders were great. Guest were fighting every night it seemed. The club was a great vibe and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
