I liked that the property was clean and kept up 24/7
The people that entertain was awesome from the start of the day till the end I was impressed how the kept us entertained for so long
What I didn’t like was alcohol it was water down so we had to buy what we liked from the store across the street

The resort was exactly what we needed. It was peaceful with a great variety of food.
The entertainment was top notch with the entertainers performing outstanding.
The staff was attentive to our needs and wants.
Will definitely visit again.

Limited dining options. Buildings and rooms could use an upgrade. Expensive gift shop! The television stations had muffled sound.

This is an all inclusive all adult property they closed the pools at 6pm which is too early. ALL restaurants were booked for our entire 4 day stay all we could do is eat buffet or go off-site and spend money. The sports bar never had food available. The bartenders were great. Guest were fighting every night it seemed. The club was a great vibe and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Property was clean. Staff was hot and cold. Some were very nice. Others were rude and made you feel like you were bothering them. Food was average at best. If you are a drinker, this is the place for you. Alcohol flows like a river. People looked like they were having fun. Only one real show at night. So after dinner not much to do but drink. That the buffet they moved stuff around each night. They had the same stuff, but it would be in a different place the next night. Made no sense.

First time to Riu and it will not be my last. Be prepared for a lot of walking around the property and if you're not on the ground floor.... there are no elevators. The steakhouse is not up to par. All the other restaurants that need reservations are pretty good. Buffet dinner had a lot of options and the food was amazing there too. Staff were nice as ever.

Staff was warm and welcoming. One downside…quite often, the hot food being served was cold. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Great experience overall. Only thing I would add is more entertainment options on the resorts like maybe a comedy show one night but the room was clean,staff was very helpful and friendly. At staff was on poin. I would definitely book again.

We had a great time during our stay. There was only a couple things I thought they could improve on. The one was letting guests know that if they wanted to make dinner reservations they could only do it a couple days in advance. Also to mention somewhere on their website that it is mandatory for the men to wear a shirt with sleeves to dinner every night.
