I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning.

我男朋友叫我寫差評，酒店價格一天1300完全不值，原因如下:
1.破破爛爛，浴缸漏水，整個房間地板全是水。
2.沒有一次性用品，例如:牙刷牙膏梳子等等。酒店樓下有自己的超市，一個牙刷➕牙膏要8美金。
3.1300一天給的洗護用品完全就是垃圾，沐浴露根本抹不開一坨一坨的。
4.酒店自助餐一言難盡我簡直無語了，晚上就是米飯➕土豆或者地瓜➕一個青菜➕兩個肉。沒了。其他都是蛋糕水果沙拉，中國胃去了就等死吧。我和我男朋友兩個簡直就是去渡劫的，回紐約兩個跟餓死鬼一樣趕緊去吃火鍋救命了。
5.House keeping 在covid19期間必須打電話才會來打掃。但是沒有給我們免費的礦泉水和換的毛巾。
6.冰箱裏一瓶水都沒有沒有沒有沒有。
7.剛進房間的時候看到黑膠唱片機興奮樂一下，以為這個酒店這麼有品味，結果發現上面寫着display，呵呵。
但是地理環境很好，服務態度也非常好，酒店附近全是超市紀念品店。走路五分鐘有一個星巴克，十五分鐘有一個burger King，20分鐘有一箇中餐廳。酒店裡可以直接做covid檢測，然後走之前酒店會打印出來。最後酒店有接送機來回一趟15美金，這裡有小費制度，所以用美金挺方便的。

We picked S Hotel for our honeymoon because of its stellar reviews and because it ticked all the boxes for what we wanted in our getaway. We were not disappointed! Extra shoutouts go to Leonardo, who helped us organize tours with a local driver/guide, and Rashai, the incredibly enthusiastic activities director, for making our trip memorable and enjoyable. The food was incredible! Buffets aren’t typically well stocked but this one was. It varied daily and the food was fresh. The restaurants were also an amazing experience, especially Roots Rock and Rocksteady. I will say that even though S Hotel is a fairly new hotel, it was going through some beautification while we were there (painting, other contracting noise). It’s nice to see the hotel keeping up with this maintenance, but also sometimes takes you back to reality. The beach access is quite nice even though it is shared with Doctors Cave Beach. You can snorkel right off the beach!

The S hotel experience was amazing. Staff was very friendly, the hotel was beautiful and very relaxing. We were very happy. My trip was great thank you.

Our stay at the S Hotel was phenomenal. The people were amazing. The food was amazing. The entire resort was amazing. The people made my husband and I feel so welcomed and anything we needed they made sure that it was taken care of. This experience was a 10/10. It’s located to the one main attractions so that’s a plus.

The room was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The dining facilities were only average. Could only get reservations for two of the three restaurants all other meals were at the Marketplace buffet or the outdoor buffet. The buffet meals were fine, but I would have liked more variety. Also, there is music by the pool that starts at 10 am and goes until 10 pm…it would have been fine except for the heavy bass. That is not that enjoyable for older (50-60 year old) guests. Also called down for toilet paper at one point and it took 2 hours to get it. Overall…had a great stay, just a few things that put a damper on it.

I’m making plans to go back this year. The food is fresh and always has great options. Layout of the room is great, beds are comfortable and my ocean view room is magical. The only thing I didn’t like was the excursion planning. The hotel needs to formalize it with published prices/packages or just work with companies.
