I really enjoyed our stay at the facility, however there was no toothpaste inside the two bathrooms I booked...that need to be address, apart from that it's was a great experience..

My experience was great we booked inn on Nov 4- Nov6 with my mom n kids they all enjoyed themselves
The food and the whole experience was worth it
I would definitely go back in January for a week but no kids to make my experience more fun thanks for accommodating me and my family……..

The hotel is very beautiful, the location is perfect but some of the workers need more training in customer service. The customer service is rather poor 😑😑

I arrived at 6.30pm and waited in queue for 30mins to check in. At 7pm I was advised that my room wasn't ready and needed to come back in 40 minutes to get a room key. Without apology or proper justification.
The website indicates check in is usually at 3pm.
Meals are buffet style in one main restaurant, often with cold food, tepid tea/ coffee and plastic cups.

The facility is well kept. The king bed garden view room was lovely. AC in room was a bit noisy.. Food was delicious and there was a variety to choose from. It’s a lovely family oriented hotel. Entertainment needs improvement though.

It was a great stay. We stayed from 2/14 to 2/21/2024. We just had one major issue and that was the bathroom drain not draining quick enough and it was hard standing in waste water through showers. I would highly recommend draining substance be used ever so often to clear drains. However, I was most impressed with housekeeping, regrettably I forgot her name, but our room was cleaned every day and that was awesome. The food variety was great and lots of options to try. The shopping was good. My eight year old fell in love and want to come back. The entertainment was awesome each night for us non party goers. The day exercise, the children activities, and the daytime fun and games which two of three children won prizes. We were there to celebrate my middle child and my moms birthday. Kudos to all the servers who sang birthday song and the cake to help us celebrate their birthday. Priscilla was of great help to my mom. She is highly professional, kind and courteous. I also just want to encourage some of the staff not to show favoritism when they serve but to treat everyone equal because they never know and when you don't treat guest right you can loose out on a blessing in the form of a tip. The taxi drivers were well respectful and offered many travel options and were so kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay overall and not not hesitate to recommend Holiday Inn especially to people with family and small children. Kudos, you rock. This was my second stay

Rooms could be detailed clean better and upgraded nicer. Food was good. Not a lot of liquor choices. Band was good but ended at 11pm on a Fri/Sat night. Servers were hit or miss with attitude and rudeness. Groundsman were very nice and kept the landscaping neat and pretty.
