Agriturismo Nobile

Was our 2nd time and it was just as nice as we remembered! Apartments have a rustic charm with beautiful views! Onsite restaurant was delicious! Staff very friendly. The road to town is very steep so we really appreciated the shuttle service to town! We’ll be back! 😊

We spent three nights here on our road trip through Tuscany. The welcome from Andrea was warm, the apartment clean and well equipped and had a beautiful view across to Montepulciano. The shuttle service to and from town was great and allowed us to experience the town in the evening. The pool was clean and well maintained and the laundry was well appreciated! We enjoyed the restaurant so much that we had dinner there twice! I would not hesitate to recommend Andrea and his family run agriturismo!

I LOVED EVERYTHING!!! The room was super spacious and comfortable, the breakfasts and dinners were phenomenal and there is a shuttle that goes to town. Andrea and his team are the best. It was such an outstanding and memorable experience. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend

Our experience at this agritourismo was beyond our expectations! The property is beautiful with a direct view of Montepulciano. And the staff was responsive with such a high level of customer service. Transportation to/from the train station and into town was offered, a must for us since we didn’t have a car. Definitely a 5-star stay.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and my parents and wow - we were blown away! The owners could not be nicer and are so accommodating to make sure you have everything you need. They really go above and beyond for their guests. The property is incredible - nestled into a quiet, green area of Montepulciano overlooking the city. We couldn’t believe the views! There’s a free shuttle service which was key for us in getting to and from the town easily. There’s also a great on-site restaurant for breakfast and dinner. There are lots of lodging options for singles, couples, or families. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

Wonderful accommodations with several individual suites which were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The grassy grounds are spacious and adjacent to olive groves and is situated well off of the main road with plenty of parking. Both breakfast and dinner is available on site and is spectacular. Baked goods, meats, fruits and coffees make up breakfast and dinner is fabulous! It was by far the best food we had in all of Italy! There is a small store which sells the Olive Oil made from the trees on the grounds and several excellent wines made from the owners grapes. We bought both and had them shipped home at reasonable rates. Should we return to Italy this agiturismo would be a sure bet.

This place is HEAVENLY. I can't thank Andrea and his family and staff enough for such a wonderful stay. My family and I were traveling throughout Italy, and this property helped us slow down the pace and truly soak in the lovely Tuscan countryside. We stayed in Il Fienile, which was perfect for us, as it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and small, well-equipped kitchen, plus a patio on each side of the building - it is a beautiful and very comfortable space. Instead of driving around to see the different towns, we spent an entire day together on the front patio, overlooking the property and the Val d'Orcia. Andrea gave us directions to the local market so that we could have fabulous lunches with the meats, cheese, and fruits from the area. Having this space to just slow down and relax together as a family is a memory I will never forget. We also loved having dinner at the restaurant. The food was exceptional, and the service was highly accommodating. Breakfasts were beautifully laid out every morning, and all our requests (we were all over the place) were met with gracious help. Andrea's recommendation for dinner in town was also an excellent choice. The map he provided with the orientation to Montepulciano was a big help, as our phones were not accurate for directions. And the shuttle back and forth to Montepulciano was a life saver! Andrea saw us lost in town our first day while we were trying to call him. He had time to take us back to the hotel before he had to pick up other guests, thank goodness! I highly recommend Agriturismo Nobile. We are already planning our next trip back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Agriturisimo Nobile!  We booked the pink, blue and green rooms for 3 adult couples.   They are perfectly arranged with a common sitting area.  I am very particular and don't think I have ever seen rooms so clean.  The shuttle service to Montepulciano was a huge plus and we could not believe how they would drop everything to take us back and forth.  The accommodations and the grounds are breathtaking!  The breakfasts were delicious and we enjoyed several wonderful dinners at their on-site restaurant.   The washer and dryer were a definite plus.  We cannot say enough about the hospitality of Andrea and Alberto and the entire staff!  We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The best little family-run B&B in Montepulciano! Andrea and family have a beautiful spot, where their vineyard and groves (grapes, olives, plums) make up the countryside you see from high atop the old town of Montepulciano. Our room, the Blue Room, was comfortable for two and had a lovely view of the olive grove and the town from our window. The pool was cold but refreshing and with a view of town over the vineyard, you can’t ask for more. Then you eat their outstanding food. We could have eaten at many other restaurants during our stay - because Andrea and Alberto drive all guests to town whenever you want - but each and every meal we had at Ristorante L’Oliveto kept us coming back. I am still dreaming of the pici all’ aglione (pici = a thicker spaghetti that is traditional in Tuscany, served with a sweet garlicky tomato sauce). It is not any old pasta with red sauce. The giant garlic of Tuscany (aglione) is not to be missed! Oh, and try the duck too. Breakfast was abundant, with eggs if you choose, plus a large assortment of tartes, fruit, cheeses, sliced meats, yogurt, bread, and locally made preserves. Next time we will try to book one of the apartments, which are surrounded by the vineyard.
