蒙特雷真的很漂亮！酒店附近交通很方便。有些服務員不會英文是真沒想到的。酒店早餐一般，吃不太習慣，如果有無早餐的選項倒是不錯。

酒店位置有點不太好找，到了導航以後繼續右拐繞半圈才能到，早餐是一人領一份的麪包和牛奶，環境還是不錯的

It was a lovely stay!! Highly recommend this place. It’s only 5min or less from downtown and really great value for the price. The room was spacious, clean, with a cute fireplace, and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

The night receptionist was terrible. Also I didn't have cable to watch TV and internet even though I paid for that.

I stayed at the family townhouse with my 3 daughters for 2 nights. The hotel was very cute and well kept. I liked that the parking garage was right by the elevator, that made loading and unloading very busy. Staff was nice and check in was quick upon arrival. The rooms were perfect for us. We loved all the little details, swan folded towels and paper folded butterfly. The only thing I wish wouldve been better was the breakfast.

The hotel itself is great with a shopping mall right across the way. The room was nice but the fridge was loud as heck. We had to shove a towel into the compar**ent where the fridge was so we could sleep in peace.

I had stayed here several years ago and had a positive experience. We decided to return here and were disappointed by our stay. When we entered our room it smelled extremely strong of bleach and cleaning supplies. Just before using the shower, I discovered huge amount of long dark hair on the shower walls…obviously had not been cleaned prior to our stay. The bed was extremely hard/firm. We like firm bed but this felt like you were sleeping on the ground. We will not be staying there again.

Nice staff but the room was run down. Curtains falling off the rail, lamp flickers on night stand, Water dribbles out of the sink fixture, Barking dogs next room over, mattress moves on its pedestal and springs squeak.

Staff was friendly but did not feel the room was very clean. Found a spider on our bed the first day we stayed there.
