The location is convenient to the airport and the hours for breakfast are convenient. I stood at the front desk for several minutes before they realized I was there, but they did allow me to check in early. They advertised a fitness room, but it was under "renovations" and seemed to be that way for a very long time. The room needed love- the toilet was dirty, the top blanket had wrinkles and a hair that made me wonder if it was laundered after the last guest. The trim around the bathroom door was bent off, and the floor missing a lot of grout. The phone didn't work and the WiFi went out.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower rod needed replaced. It had been pinned up several times but did not keep the curtain closed and allowed water to accumulate outside by the toilet. The shower faucet actually leaked from behind. Tile was already damaged from it. The first floor men’s bathroom had a broken and rusted trash can in it. Another client had to go to two different floors to wash and dry his clothes.

stayed because it showed an 8.8 rating and that is exceptional. This hotel and room are NOT an 8.8!

Neat and clean. Night staff was pleasant. Well knowledge and helpful. Breakfast and cleaning staff were very attractive. Morning front desk attendant was lazy.

Hotel smells fresh and clean. Employees nice and professional. Room had someones left over left in the fridge. Corrosion in bathroom should be treated or items replaced. Its a good hotel overall.

We stayed in room 312 there was HUGE red stain in front of the sofa where two small ottoman's were placed to cover it up. We were four nights housekeeping never came and took our trash out. We also had to ask for fresh towels daily.
For 650.00 I thought the service would be better. Also the elevator floor was not mopped the entire time we were there. The room needs some touch up with paint and repairs with light fixtures as well. I’m a rewards member and I normally stay in Auburn when I visit my family but this time I wanted to give Montgomery a try. Never again. The front desk people were friendly.
