We had a great experience as a couple visiting this hotel for 6 Nights. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean with coffee pods and bottles of water provided fresh every day. The location was no more than a 15min walk to everything in central Montpellier and 3 min from the tram to the beach. The only area for improvement was that our room was not cleaned until around 4:30 on two nights

Very convenient, close to the airport bus stop and walk to the bus stop for about one minute. The bus costs 5 euros at the earliest, and costs 1.6 euros, while taxis cost around 40 euros. The hotel is clean, well equipped and well serviced. Very good value for money.

The pros: Has a pool. Ok rooms and sleeping quality. The cons: The lunch by the pool was a joke. Expensive beyond belief with very little selection (just attempted ”posh” food). It took 45 minutes to get the food (there were 2 other customers at the same time). And once it arrived half of it was cold (proper cold... not just luke warm). Half of the dishes were mixed up (wrong conduits). The meat was dry and not a chance in hell that the pork served was real Iberico. We got half price of as compensation, should have been 100%. Just have the lunch elsewhere. The pool area is too small, there are only about 10 sun chairs which are constantly occupied. And here's the worst thing; they put a deposit of 300 EUR on your card. This deposit is not lifted until your bank decides that it's taken too long time for them to claim the money (2 weeks in my case). I went back to the hotel to ask them where the fk my money was, but they gave me copies of the ”lift” receipt. Doesn't help me, they are still not doing it right. I have had deposits put on my card tons of times and it has always been lifted the day you check out. This is not a ”party” hotel in Ibiza, why would you have a deposit in a 4 star hotel? It is just tacky, borderline pathetic. Just do not accept them putting any deposit on your card, there is no reason for it.

The environmental score is low because-almost stolen before entering the hotel! Because self-driving cars have to park on the other side of the square (in fact, it’s only a 5-minute walk, but there is no elevator in the public parking lot, so you have to pick up the boxes from the underground by yourself), we have been out for more than ten days, two large boxes and two small boxes of luggage- Passing through the square should be too big a target, so unfortunately I was targeted-at the last moment when I entered the hotel door, the two female thieves went one after the other, and when I subconsciously turned back, the back hand was already touching my schoolbag...turning back When I checked in, I asked the front desk how the security was like this-he bluntly said that the place was very safe-the problem is that according to our observations over the next two days, it was a group of gypsies who usually occupies the intersection next to the hotel! Focus on tourists! Is it possible that the locals in the hotel can't not see? It didn't even explain anything that caught our attention! I regretted it for two nights-because of the accident that happened on the first day, we completely lost the idea of visiting the city-we drove out of the city

This was a good hotel in a nice location in Montpellier. We had an early train the morning we left and the hotel is very close to the station, which was nice. The room was not very big, but most aren't in Europe! The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and had all the expected amenities. Close to the tram and other resources as well.

I spent 2 nights alone in one of the studios offered and everything was perfect ! For a fifty-euro (low season - end of January), it is even better than what could be expected: innocent cleanliness, hyper comfortable litter (i had even difficulty to get out of my bed in the morning), Very satisfactory room, kitchen equipped (with dishwasher and hot!) and separated from the room by a door, spacious Bathroom with large mirror, facilities (switches, takes, head lamps, ...) are ergonomic, No discomforts level noise, hot coffee-the-chocolate willing in the DRC, very polite and courtesy staff, in short, nothing to reiterate.

We stayed for just one night, having spent the previous night in a Best Western for the same price - maybe that was our mistake as we were disappointed. Parking is easy which is a plus, and location is good - quick walk to the centre for all restaurants and shops. Room very small with a lingering smell of smoking - I appreciate it is a no smoking hotel, but as a non- smoker someone had clearly been smoking. Minimal tea/coffee tray - 1 teabag, 1 sachet caffeinated coffee, 1 sachet decaf, 2 sachets sugar. No milk. All felt a bit old and jaded, much how I felt after a stay here.

We had a great stay at this very central hotel. Our room was spacious and clean with a beautiful refurbished bathroom. The hotels breakfast buffet was tasty and with a good variety. The hotel is walking distance to all the Comedie has to offer. There is also a very yummy Kebab restaurant right across the street. Try the cheese naan kebab 😋 A special mention to Hugo at reception, for his enthusiastic, always smiling, service. We’ll definitely recommend this friendly establishment for anyone wanting to explore Montpellier!

The room was super noisy, lots of doors banging in the morning, and I guess everybody in the rooms above me was wearing stiletto heals on the wooden floors in the early morning hours! Impossible to have a late relaxing morning. The staff was super friendly, with one exception: With my loyalty card I am being offered a free drink. I ordered a beer and the bar tender was about to pour it, when his supervisor barged in and she said ”if he doesn't pay he only gets a small one !” How pathetic is that ? Breakfast was ok and the bed, as always in Ibis, super comfortable.

We stayed here on a whim after rerouting our trip. We did not know much about the area, but wanted to be near the city center. Montpellier is a university town with a very vibrant college crowd. This hotel is an easy walk to the main sights in Montpellier and to some great restaurants. The room had a great layout, was very comfortable, and with the option of a decent breakfast offering. We had a car and parking was available on site, which was wonderful after some of the parking issues we had elsewhere. Would not hesitate to recommend.

La chambre était propre et bien équipée mais mériterait un peu d'entretien notamment au niveau de la salle de bain (chasse d'eau qui coule en permanence, pomme de douche qui fuit au niveau du tuyau... Pas bon pour la planète tout ça). Le matelas était bon. L'hôtel est assez calme si votre chambre donne côté parking mais un peu bruyante côté rue. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni. Le responsable de l'établissement pourrait se montrer un peu plus aimable, avec les clients comme avec le personnel.

Great hotel, right opposite the train station and within walking distance to Comedie and the old town. Recently refurbished by the looks of it. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and modern too! Only downside was that there was no bottled water (although tap water is drinkable) and also limited coffee supplies. Check in was pretty straight forward. There was roadworks outside during our stay but it didn’t bother us as they weren’t on whilst we were sleeping.

Only thing would be that it is on a main roundabout so can be a bit louder than any others however this did not bother us. Room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Beds comfortable as well. We did stay in one of the superior rooms on the top floor which have been recently refurbished. Would recommend staying here

the good stuff: the hotel is well placed, although i had difficulty finding the front door, which was on a street opposite from the address i had for the hotel. reception was friendly and efficient, the bed is comfortable and the linens are decent. the less-good stuff: the room itself is old and needs refreshing. the bathroom, in particular needs attention (toilet bowl stained and running, vanity drawers just about to fall apart (need to be attentive to open and close them properly), the rug is crappy and stained. i would not return, nor recommend. this hotel is not inexpensive and i would add that to call it ”prestige” is a gross overstatement.

Not far from the center(only 10 min walking distance) and two tram stops from St.Roch central train station it was the cheapest room we could find.The girl in the reception was very helpful and professional and speaking very well English! The rooms are exactly as in the photos of Booking.com,new and big.They have kitchen that we didn’t use.the bathroom was big and new !!! Wi-Fi was working perfectly and free !!! Beautiful rooms in this old part of Montpelier, and superb bathroom. However trying to access the hotel by road is very difficult due to major road/tram works in Montpelier when we went in July 2023. In the end we found the recommended car park and walked to the hotel, some 10 minutes. On arrival at 13.35hr we were told the room would only be ready at 14.00hr, and after explaining that we had arrived in Montpelier at 12.30hr and it had taken us an hour of driving and walking to find the hotel, they insisted the room would only be ready at 14.00hr. After this glitch I have to say the hotel was one of the best, 12 individual rooms I gather furnished differently, with different bathrooms - we had booked the powers shower, which was wonderful. Getting into the heart of the city was easy (5 minutes) and the car park we found was only 2 minutes away.

This is not a fancy hotel. Nor is it like most of the Best Westerns you've encountered. The furnishings and finishings are dated (definitely) and maybe even a very tiny bit threadbare here and there. BUT ... I loved staying here. It was clean, quiet; the people are nice, and it's small enough that you absolutely will get treated as a human being and not an account number. The building is charming. The street is charming. The nearby restaurants and other businesses are great (Visit Le Panier D'Aimé around the corner). And there is nothing but good things to say about Montpellier's old city centre. We would not stay anywhere but here while in this city. We are here frequently and have tried apartment rentals etc. This is the best. BTW, if you arrive by car, the public parking, a few steps away on Rue Foch and opposite the enormous Cour d'Appel, is not only convenient but reasonably priced (be aware (1) that the pedestrian entrance to the garage is tricky to find if you don't realize that you must take the stairs which are located across the street (Rue Foch) from the automobile access. The stairs descend into an opening in the plaza in front of the Cour d'Appel. Down those stairs there is an elevator to the garage, and (2) when you exit with your car, you will find yourself popping out in an underpass, below the Rue Foch and Arc de Triomphe and onto the underpass section of Blvd Prof Louis Valleton--disorienting if you aren't expecting it, because your nav system will not wake up until you get out from all of underground and underpass environment. I would rate this hotel a '5' except that I realize it gives an impression of being a bit 'down-market.' On the other hand, the rates are very reasonable; Voilå! An extra dinner out! Another 'BTW': our room was on the back, overlooking the courtyard and Cathédrale Saint-Pierre, which was nice ... you could ask.

The hotel is very clean, the room is not small, unlike the domestic one-off supplies, no slippers, take care not to slip, the TV only French. Beautiful rooms in this old part of Montpelier, and superb bathroom. However trying to access the hotel by road is very difficult due to major road/tram works in Montpelier when we went in July 2023. In the end we found the recommended car park and walked to the hotel, some 10 minutes. On arrival at 13.35hr we were told the room would only be ready at 14.00hr, and after explaining that we had arrived in Montpelier at 12.30hr and it had taken us an hour of driving and walking to find the hotel, they insisted the room would only be ready at 14.00hr. After this glitch I have to say the hotel was one of the best, 12 individual rooms I gather furnished differently, with different bathrooms - we had booked the powers shower, which was wonderful. Getting into the heart of the city was easy (5 minutes) and the car park we found was only 2 minutes away.

We had a great stay at this very central hotel. Our room was spacious and clean with a beautiful refurbished bathroom. The hotels breakfast buffet was tasty and with a good variety. The hotel is walking distance to all the Comedie has to offer. There is also a very yummy Kebab restaurant right across the street. Try the cheese naan kebab 😋 A special mention to Hugo at reception, for his enthusiastic, always smiling, service. We’ll definitely recommend this friendly establishment for anyone wanting to explore Montpellier!

We had a great experience as a couple visiting this hotel for 6 Nights. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean with coffee pods and bottles of water provided fresh every day. The location was no more than a 15min walk to everything in central Montpellier and 3 min from the tram to the beach. The only area for improvement was that our room was not cleaned until around 4:30 on two nights

This is not a fancy hotel. Nor is it like most of the Best Westerns you've encountered. The furnishings and finishings are dated (definitely) and maybe even a very tiny bit threadbare here and there. BUT ... I loved staying here. It was clean, quiet; the people are nice, and it's small enough that you absolutely will get treated as a human being and not an account number. The building is charming. The street is charming. The nearby restaurants and other businesses are great (Visit Le Panier D'Aimé around the corner). And there is nothing but good things to say about Montpellier's old city centre. We would not stay anywhere but here while in this city. We are here frequently and have tried apartment rentals etc. This is the best. BTW, if you arrive by car, the public parking, a few steps away on Rue Foch and opposite the enormous Cour d'Appel, is not only convenient but reasonably priced (be aware (1) that the pedestrian entrance to the garage is tricky to find if you don't realize that you must take the stairs which are located across the street (Rue Foch) from the automobile access. The stairs descend into an opening in the plaza in front of the Cour d'Appel. Down those stairs there is an elevator to the garage, and (2) when you exit with your car, you will find yourself popping out in an underpass, below the Rue Foch and Arc de Triomphe and onto the underpass section of Blvd Prof Louis Valleton--disorienting if you aren't expecting it, because your nav system will not wake up until you get out from all of underground and underpass environment. I would rate this hotel a '5' except that I realize it gives an impression of being a bit 'down-market.' On the other hand, the rates are very reasonable; Voilå! An extra dinner out! Another 'BTW': our room was on the back, overlooking the courtyard and Cathédrale Saint-Pierre, which was nice ... you could ask.

We parked at the hotel on Friday afternoon and didn't move the car again until leaving on Sunday afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful, but we noted the rooms had variations in facilities; we had a bath, the room beside had a shower cabinet. Hotel du Parc is well situated; an up hill walk takes you past the oldest ”botanical gardens” in France, up to the the place de Louis 14th (I think) and into the old city. Montpellier is a Southern Paris, beautiful architecture, plentiful bars and high quality restaurants, but without the chaos of high-speed traffic. The tram system stretches into the suburbs, affording cheap and easy travel throughout the city.

Hotel room is exactly as pictured. Staff was welcoming and spoke English, which was helpful as my French is not so good yet. Clean, close to city center and train station. Comfortable bed, air conditioning worked very well.

The meeting I attended in Montpellier was held at the city hall, Hotel de Ville, which is an impressive, vast, modern bulk in a booming concrete district south of the centre. Three minutes walk away is the Adagio Aparthotel, which is also close to tramways and therefore easily accessible from the city centre. I was very satisfied with the accommodation in a clean and well-equipped mini-apartment with fridge, cooker and a small dining table. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of shelves and cupboards as well as good lighting. However, a comfy chair to relax in would have been welcome. There's a lounge area on the ground floor where a good breakfast (including eggs, croissant and fresh fruit) is served. Although it is built and decorated in a slightly soulless style the Adagio was more than adequate for my two night stay.

We had booked a double room but a room with two single beds was assigned to us when we had taken it well in advance to book. It is also very hot in the room which does not have functional air conditioning at the time of our passage. The hotel is ideally located: two minutes walk from the city centre, very close to the station and the parking of the Comedie (paying parking, -20% for the guests of the hotel). The staff is very pleasant and available for h24.
