The hotel building is fine but be warned, there is no elevator and no sprinkler systems. There was NO: Breakfast buffet, NO Hot Tub, NO Heated Swiming Pool, NO operating CABLE. There was one ice machine for both buildings! Things happen, I get it, but be sure that the information you advertise is accurate! You charge me for it, I expect it!.
In addition to this, we checked in after 5:00PM and the first room we were given had not been cleaned at all and the bed was *****ped and the room smelled. The manager had another room in another building across the parking lot! Please, be sure that the information on TRIP.COM IS ACCURATE!

Doors to building were not secure, room was really cold and room air heater was really noisy when it finally worked. Room was slightly dirty and smelled bad.

The name is not as listed. They changed the name about a year ago. The staff was friendly enough to work through the booking problems.

There was no security lock on the building and the one on the door of our room was broken.
The refrigerator was really loud, had to shut it off.
A kingsize room but only one chair, asked for one more but couldn't get one.
A dangerous shrub blocking the road view at the exit.
Pathetic breakfast - half a loaf of bread, no other pastry or bread and only four tables - had to wait to eat.
The wifi wouldn't work in the back building no matter what we did - not our laptops problem.
Overall condition was a bit shabby and needed work - not a good brand representation for Green Tree.
I hope they can get it together as it is a good location and has potential.

The stay was acceptable but would not stay again. The only plus was the older lady at the desk and the young gentleman that checked us in.

Very friendly front desk staff. Easy check-in. Room was standard double queen style which was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was clean and well maintained, not brand new so kept up well. Plenty of towels and linens for the whole family. Only downside was that the pool was in another building and quite cold walking back to our room after we were finished playing in the evening. No entrance from any of the exterior doors with the room key- so you have to walk around the whole building and go through the front door to get back to the room.

My stay was great. The room was very clean, the staff was very nice and the price was very reasonable. The breakfast wasn't much Saturday morning but was much better Sunday morning. I suspect because a woman was taking care of business on Sunday. Very nice lady also.
My only complaint would be the refrigerator was very noisy when the pump was cycling and it wasn't very cold. You all need a new refrigerator in room 306...

Some simple inexpensive repairs needed such as hole in dry wall where door handle hit it, toilet seat needs replacing.
