Hotel Cooee Albatros

Τι περιμένεις; Είναι ένα φτηνό οικογενειακό ξενοδοχείο 3 αστέρων που απευθύνεται κυρίως σε Γερμανούς. Τα δωμάτια είναι εντάξει και το προσωπικό είναι πολύ φιλικό. Το Wifi είναι τρομερό/ανύπαρκτο. Το φαγητό δεν είναι καλό (αναμένεται σε αυτό το είδος ξενοδοχείου), αλλά ποιος θέλει να φάει σε ένα ξενοδοχείο στο Greve ούτως ή άλλως; Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω στην παραλία, αλλά οι καρέκλες γεμίζουν γρήγορα. Το ξενοδοχείο δεν είναι σε καλό μέρος αν θέλετε να δείτε το υπόλοιπο νησί.

We have recently returned from our honeymoon with all 4 of our children and also one of the children’s friends. We stayed at the sister hotel Alkionis but spent virtually every day at Albatross as we were all inclusive. The pool was lovely, we weee happy to pay for the sunbeds as we used as a base if we then wanted to nip to the beach and the food was brilliant. The outstanding thing for us was the amazing staff and management though, so friendly & attentive and one of the reasons we are booking to stay at the Albatross next year. We can’t wait to come back

Stayed here for 4 nights in August and overall enjoyed our stay. The location is great, right on the beach and within walking distance of everything both Moraitika and Messonghi has to offer. Our room was pretty good and had a lovely sea view. The pool is great, not over crowded although charging for sun beds and parasols is a new one on me! Loved the beach bar... Really chilled spot. Food OK... Not great but a decent enough selection. We were half board but decided to eat out in Messonghi one night just for a change. All in all, pretty good and decent value for money.

First stayed in September 2020 and returned last week. Staff all remembered us and can’t do enough for you. The owners, Yannis and Takis - and Mum- always on site and helping out. Reception staff always happy and helpful welcoming us back. Special mention to bar staff and waitress- Mel, Yannis, Costas, Katarina others too but can’t remember all the names - the staff really are what makes this hotel so special. Nice rooms, air conditioning and great balcony with evening sun overlooking pool and beach - room 410. Pool stunning, really comfy sunloungers and no getting up early to get one as lots round pool or on beach which is right next to bar. Stayed all inclusive and food always plentiful and tasty, great wine and beer. Brilliant Greek night with traditional dancers and the owners and staff all joined in as well as a guitarist another night. We will be back again next year to enjoy a week of complete relaxation. My daughter and myself had a delightful 2 weeks at the Albatros Hotel in Moraitika, Corfu. The hotel enjoys a beach front location and is set in beautiful, well kept gardens. The hotel was beautifully clean with regular changes of bedding and towels, we went all inclusive and each day at all of the mealtimes there was a generous selection of buffet style meals to suit all tastes. One of the biggest assets to the hotel just had to be the staff, from reception to dining room to their bistro, all just wanted to accommodate us with whatever we wanted in the friendliest and kindest way. The owners were also very keen to ensure that we were having a good holiday and I certainly would recommend this hotel, one downside was that there was a charge for the poolside sun lounges which I have not experienced in an all inclusive deal previously, however they were beautiful sun loungers, very comfortable so all in all my review could only be favourable even more so if they had installed a British flag out front along with all the other countries flags. Thank you Albatros we enjoyed.

Very dissapointing experience on the all-inclusive concept. Let me list a few negative items which are better in many other all-inclusive hotels I have stayed before in greece. -poor wifi, bad connection no internet in the room -poor instant coffee for all-inclusive guest. If you want a handmade cappucino you pay 3 euro - we stayed for 9 days and no gyros offered in the all-inclusive meals during lunch or diner so in total 18 chances. But hey one can buy it from the menu in the restaurant. - deck chairs were for SUNWEB guests inclusive reserved at the pool but towels for the deckchairs are only changed for fresh ones for 1 euro. This was a first timer experience! - the snack at two time slots per day are a joke, dry pastry, cucumber and tomato (yeah right!) - the quality and variety of the breakfast, lunch and diner is poor. - Positive is the ice cream - when one arrives around 08:00 after a 12 hours travel only a coffee is offered a breakfast which is open you can have if you pay. It is in line with the mentioning of starting point of all inclusive but it strikes me when leaving earlier and not consume but paid for lunch and diner that the ball allways runs away from the customer towards management/hotel. Not additional service as a courteay to the guest. -positive is that once checked out a voucher for lunch or diner is provided. So why not a breakfast?! That would be a positive experience. - Then a beer is for paying guest in large glasses for all inclusive one has to order two glasses (just stupid!) - positive is the friendly staff - it advertises with an award on the wall as a best hotel but this is not mine and other guest who we have spoken out opinion. All in all conclusion is not good value for money

Thank you for your hospitality, we had an amazing time ! Albatros is an amazing family run business lovely and quiet and a perfect location right by the beach. All rooms presented nice and clean! The staff always happy to help very friendly. Food was lovely all home made with a different selection each day we stayed. Highly recommended

Beautifully clean Hotel right next to lovely safe beach. Large circular outdoor pool with comfortable sunbeds and parasols. 7 euros a day to hire beds but this means that beds are not reserved with towels on. Beachside snack bar serves lovely food and drinks. All rooms face the sea, and are beautifully decorated with great bathroom facilities. Comfortable beds and good wardrobe and safe(extra charge). Stayed half board and food was good and varied. Good choices for evening meals. Staff were all friendly and helpfull all over hotel. Special mention for Mel in the dining room and Kosta in beachside bar who were especially friendly. Great location. 5 minute walk to Moraitika '*****" where al bars, restaurants and shops can be found in season. Also plenty of good bars and restaurants along beach 2 minutes away.
