Called for 3 days trying to make reservation for our 25th wedding anniversary that originally was celebrated there, wedding, reception and stay. Never got a return call Still stayed but had to book through 3 rd party They just didn’t seem to care. Had hoped to have a special day but as it turned out was just a night away from home.

Lovely hotel. Comfortable bed. Good options for breakfast and quality coffee. Parking right out front. Overall, great place, great service. I’d stay there again.

Amazing staff. Awesome breakfast. But less vegetarian options for food in the restaurant. However still loved the place

I love how close it was to the train station. The food at the restaurants were great. Cons was the lack of equipment at the fitness center. There was no variety with breakfast. Same thing everyday. I also didn't like that you have to request for housekeeping.

This was my second stay at Christmastime. The hotel looks good, it seemed like the reception desk area had been improved. Like last year, the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff was both nice & helpful. I was very happy with my stay there.

The pillows are way too full. Nice feel and soft but at least 2 on the bed should be a bit flatter.

I traveled to visit my niece, who is a sophomore at nearby Drew University. This hotel had excellent rates, staff, and accommodations! I will definitely stay here again and again. I highly, highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was find and the $20 coupon was a nice touch--but it was only good for the day of arrival!?!?!?!? So annoying to hear that as we were leaving. Left a bad taste in our mouth. Checkout person was brusque as well. Not good.
