Aqua by Sambass

Our experience at Aqua by Sambass was simply incredible! We spent unforgetable moments in this paradise.My favourite place to hang out and.Magical place. The hotel offers an impeccable structure, with comfortable and well-equipped rooms, as well as private swimming pools that provide unique moments of relaxation we have had. The hotel's restaurant is a true treasure, with delicious dishes and stunning views of the sea. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful, always ready to make your stay even more special. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants a unique experience in Morro de São Paulo. Vesna Solakovski

Aqua by Sambass maravilhoso! Ótimo Hotel. Tudo perfeito. O Café da manhã um espetáculo. Um verdadeiro banquete com uma ampla variedade de frutas frescas, pães e bolos . Quartos muito confortaveis , serviço super bom com pessoal atencioso, educado e prestativo . A limpeza é impecável .

brand new hotel, regarding the staff: all of them are really nice exept one of the girls in the reception that while the check in was really with a sour face (i came with a great vibe and happiness to be there and she was not a friendly face). she didn't help me with the online checking that you supposed to do there (it was in Portuguese and she was "mad" when i asked her help, any question i asked was followed with nails cliking on the ounter as if "you are disturbing me". the rest of the staff was really nice and helpful. cleaning level was not that great, sometime i had to call them to clean the very noticable dust and the hands mark on the sliding door to the balcony (was like that when got there). there is no cloesd closet in the room whick made my cloths to be with dust as well (was there for 9 days so my cloths was always out in the open) and no side stand next to the bed (phone and water needs to be on the floor. wifi disconnect a lot but it is like that in all places there. HOWEVER overtall great hotel and most chances are that i will go back to this hotel when going back to Morro, the room with the private pool is wonderful to have in front of that views.

Infelizmente peguei dias de chuva, e friozinho e a piscina não fica na temperatura adequada pra entrar Ou seja quentinha Entendo q dias de sol a temperatura fica mais agradável pra entrar.como todas as opiniões Mas dias mais frios deveria ficar mais quentinha Solicitei e não adiantou Não consegui aproveitar Quem sabe,….. Ainda estou aqui tendo mais 1 dia eu consiga

Ficamos apenas uma diária, o que nos encantou foi a piscina privativa, que nao deixa nada a desejar, temperatura da agua perfeita, vista estoentante da segunda praia, e localização ótima. Na nossa opinião a pousada deveria investir na decoração interna e nos cuidados de manutenção da pousada para condizer com o valor cobrado. O café da manha é protocolar. Voltaria pela piscina aquecida.

Localização perfeita, devido a praia e sendo perto de bares e restaurantes. Café da manhã delicioso, e achei o preço bem justo também. Quartos confortáveis, fiquei bastante satisfeita no geral. Legal pra qualquer tipo de viagem. Voltaria com certeza.

Tudo maravilhoso!!!! Equipe atenciosíssima!!!!Cama boa, tudo limpinho e cheiroso, café da manhã de primeira… Ea noite ainda tem uma pizzaria dentro do Hotel, não poderia ser melhor…… Só elogios.., quero voltar 10x. Muito obrigado a toda equipe!!

Costumo viajar muito, nunca tive uma atendimento tão perfeito. A Daiana é um exemplo de profissional acolhedor. Fomos em 5 pessoas, e o tratamento foi tão perfeito que resolvemos estender mais 2 dias, a pousada é maravilhosa, local perfeito, más o melhor de tudo é o cuidado e atendimento
