I booked a room with a city view and I was very impressed with the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the view was amazing. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the fitness center, and the free Wi-Fi. The only minor issue I had was that the coffee maker in the room was not working, but the staff quickly replaced it with a new one. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa

The room is big and clean. All the rooms are facing Emerald Beach. It has a nice view of the beach and sea. There are a lot of varieties for foods and drinks for breakfast. Foods are nice. The location of hotel is very near to Churaumi Aquarium. You can purchase discounted tickets from the hotel lobby (near the check in counter). Parking is free if you stay in the hotel. Staffs are able to understand English well. There are washers in every rooms level. There is Lawson just beside the hotel. Restaurants are just 10 mins away by car. Overall it was a very satisfying stay for me and husband.

The location and facilities inside the room are nice, however, the customer service is not ideal. It is normally assumed that after booking a hotel online with a booking confirmation, all necessary information is already on the confirmation letter. However, travelers who stay at this property will still have to actively reach out to the hotel for check-in ID in order to do self-check-in via iPad. It would be great if the hotel could reach out to the traveler before their check-in. What's even worse is that during the check-in process, we did a face-to-face meeting via iPad, and there was no information provided by the staff that we would need a password to enter the hotel after certain hours. After dinner outside, when we returned to the hotel, we were locked outside the hotel, and luckily, we were able to call the Japanese phone number via the public phone. It would have been a nightmare if there had been no public phone or if no one from the hotel had picked up the phone.

We love Maihana wellness resort especially the onsen in the resort. After a day out the onsen make us recharge and refresh. Clean and cozy stay 30/1/24-2/2/24. Free parking available and there are many places to eat around the resort.The room are spacious and have partial seaview .We will be back here if we are in okinawa again

Lifeguard at the hotel pool was very rude to us when we were a few minutes late leaving the pool when the time was up, because we were handing a 6-year-old kid. This is totally unacceptable and have ruined our hotel experience completely!

This time I stayed in Village No. 3. I checked into the office in Village No. 2. It was very easy to find and provided with maps and precautions. However, when returning to the hotel in the evening, it was easy to find the entrance because the indicator of Village No. 3 was not illuminated and the small arrow was closer to the ground. Check out is self-service, which is very convenient. Breakfast will be delivered to the door the next day, providing each person with a cup of hot soup, salad and lunch box (tamagoyaki, two kinds of bread, ham, bacon). For us, it is full and it is great to drink hot soup in the morning. The room we stayed in can park 2 cars. There are two bathrooms, one on the first floor (with a bathtub and bath powder provided) and the other on the second floor (a shower-style space, only big enough for one person). The hot water temperature is It's fast enough, you won't have to wait too long. Both rooms are located on the second floor. One has two double beds and the other has tatami mats. Four mattresses are provided, but they cannot fit in. 3 mattresses can cover the entire floor. We sleep 2 adults. +2 kids, not too crowded. When I checked in that day, I felt it was quiet and there was no noise disturbance. Very close to Churaumi Aquarium A7 parking lot.

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. The hotel locates near the ocean park and the Motobu Watersports Centre, about 1.5 hours driving from Naha. The room is not luxury but tidy and clean, it was spaciously equipped with 2 beds as well as a tatami area. Breakfast here is simple but good enough. We think it is excellence for kids because they can meet horses, goats, dolphins, sea turtles, fishes and birds in the hotel. We chose this hotel because of the Motobu Genki Village - a watersports centre. We enjoyed canoeing last time and enjoyed sailing this time. We certainly will stay in this hotel again on our next visit to Okinawa.

The room is clean and hygienic There are also enough parking spaces downstairs, no need to reserve in advance. Next time I will choose a sea view room, the endless sea scenery is pleasant. There are Sushiro and Aeon not far away, and there are also many convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient.

Parking is super convenient, the room is large and clean, the bathroom and kitchen supplies are also very sufficient, very quiet at night, very suitable for walking along the coast, cooking after buying in the nearby supermarket is very good, lying on the sofa can directly see the sea view is superb, next time you come to Okinawa to play here is still a good choice

Overall, the hotel is good. However, I think it would be wonderful if the hotel can make some improvement in several things. 1) We knew that the wifi wasn't free, so I prepared some moives for my child. However, I think the hotel disabled the usb function. And free wifi have to be a standard offer nowadays. 2) No one clean the sand at the bottom of the swimming pool, so the water quality isn't good. Luckily, my 3 years child didn't get sick. 3) I stayed in 3 hotels in my trip to Okinawa this time, all the other two hotels offered special Okinawa coffee drip coffee. However, this hotel only provided the normal coffee powder that you could see in economy hotel. 4) This is the only hotel that didn't provide us child toothbrush set. Anyway, the hotel location is fine, we found two supermarkets right after crossing the Sesoko bridge.
