Everything was great at this hotel. Amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. The price for it was amazing. The hotel breakfast buffet was very abundant and delicious! But inconvenient for walking visitors.

La struttura è molto curata ed inserita in un contesto di servizi sportivi ( al momento del nostro soggiorno era chiuso per ferie di ferragosto)
Zona decentrata da Bergamo città ma collegata bene con l'auto.
Camera e bagno pulitissimi.
Accoglienza del personale ottima.
Colazione curata e con la presenza di vari prodotti selezionati.
Parcheggio gratuito non custodito ma comunque sicuro e in alternativa, per soli 2 euro, parcheggio coperto con barriera per l'accesso.
Nota accessoria:
Ci hanno consigliato un ristorante a qualche km dall'hotel, Trattoria Taiocchi, con il quale hanno convenzione con sconto 10%, regolarmente poi applicata, in cui abbiamo mangiato benissimo.

Hotel super convenient, staff very friendly.
The only drawback, the use of the pool is only possible from 8:30 to 12.

Excellent stay and location to airport. Hotel modern and friendly. Cleaners didn’t always top up essentials in room such as tea bags etc.

We arrived in the afternoon, got our check in very quickly because the reception was well organized.
Our room was at the 1st floor, very nice, a TWIN bed room, with all the minimum comfort for a traveller.
We even got a transfer to the Bergamo Airport, in the day we arranged it.
The breakfast was BUFFET, but having something for anybody.
The room was clean, had air conditioning, TV and fridge.
We enjoyed our stay

Hotel was great. We wanted to stay in preparation for a flight the next morning and glad we did. The hotel was wonderful and we enjoy the room. The room was big enough for two people with plenty of space. We also booked for the breakfast buffet the next morning and it was a fantastic breakfast with hot and cold options (plenty of options). There is one restaurant next to hotel so dining was good. We opted for paid parking as we have a handicapped person so had to be on entrance floor, but the free parking is on site and just above the paid parking (couldn't do stairs). you are 15 minutes from BMY airport and recommend staying here. Quite area and comment is easy. We worth the price.

Very friendly staff who were always willing to help no matter what time. We initially didnt even know the pool was included so that came as a bonus. the rooms were cleaned and maintained every day and to a high standard. the breakfast had a wide range of food to choose from ($10) . also the fact the receptionists all spoke english helped. the views from the hotel were also beautiful and watching the sunset from our room became one of our things to do. Its around a 10min train to bergamo which you can board at st petro
