Hotel is lovely and friendly. The welcome is wonderful. Rooms are excellent, fridge in bar for any cold drinks etc. plenty pillows, rooms cleaned everyday and fresh towels. Staff are polite and friendly. Bar waiters are excellent especially Azer. Pancakes on the pool bar are wonderful. Animation team Eya and Louma are Fantstic at getting everyone involved in all games from the morning to the evening. Waiters in restaurant can’t do enough for you Fanes is exceptional. Come relax in this wonderful hotel, beach is excellent. Will definitely be back

Stayed here beginning of May, was quite surprised with the quality of the hotel, All the staff was excellent. Our favourite waiter Morad nothing was too much for him and always made sure that our drinks were always plentiful was very friendly and always remembered what we had cannot fault him, and asset to the hotel. The entertainment was excellent always entertaining day and night. The rooms were very clean and modern, the food was excellent. Will be back. Cannot recommend this hotel enough

We are here now It's filing up so they are getting busier It's a leaning curve a little slow replenish foods and choices not as as great us some. We got a fantastic deal so excellent value for money . Lower end of 4 star to what we have experienced in Tunisia but we paid rock bottom so no problem Let's hope as they get settled more choices and more of it . Breakfast particular limited .

Best hôtel très bonne accueil du personnels équipé d’animateurs au top … le directeur Karim prends le temps pour sa clientèles très avenant très souriant et fait à chaque fois le tour des tables au restaurant pour échanger avec ça clientèles pour savoir si tout ce passe bien

Very professional and friendly staff. Kids Club is amazing and the team managing is awesome. The animation team Aymen, Aya, Nouha,douaa thourouly entertained the kids.

Overall experience is fantastic: Clean, calm and super friendly environment accompanied with delicious food, thanks to all the staff: Reception - 5 stars Housekeeping - 5 stars Animation team - 5 stars Restaurant - 5 stars Note that the complex is a bit far away from the city so we used car / taxi all the but thats okay. Beach buddies: Moni and Deni
