Booked a ten day holiday not knowing what to expect, apart from going during the holy time of Ramadan, which did mean that most restaurants and local shops are shut as it's out of season. However, the weather was lovely in comparison to Britain (shorts and t-shirt), the outdoor swimming pool was a bit too cold but the indoor pools were lovely and warm. The all inclusive food, though limited due to the number of guests, there was still something on offer at all 3 meals to have. Sometimes the food could do with being cooked longer and kept hotter. Though the omelette and pancakes for breakfast which were cooked fresh were lovely. The entertainment team of Salah and Anis were great, easy to talk to and very engaging considering how it wasn't the main season. I can only imagine what they are like when there is lots of people. The reception staff were extremely helpful with booking taxis and any questions.

Amazing hotel 5star cleaning and hospitality. The staff could nit do enough for you food gorgeous.The Animation staff were unbelievable helpful all round especially keeping kids entertained especially Willy Zan and Djo.wish we could have stayed longer.Defintly worth every penny.

Hosts were very friendly, animation team (Willy) was very nice and friendly. The restaurant was good, food offer was different every day.

Ilyes was very helpful and accommodating.He really made the trip worth while. Would definitely return to this hotel as long as Ilyes is there to meet and greet and accommodate my needs.I would say he definitely needs a pay raise. Miss you Ilyes.

Ilyas, Hassan, Ziad and Aladin were amazing the whole time. Made sure we felt safe and comfortable at all times. Very friendly staff, I will be coming back for sure. Not my first time visiting but definitely my favourite experience when visiting Tunisia

Amazing service especially from liyes Would definitely recommend this place and would be coming back. As long as liyes is going to be at front desk. As he’s is full of life and his English is very good. Had a problem with my room and he’s fixed it as soon as possible. I’ll be seeing them soon miss you liyes and the team.
