Stayed 1 week AI. Room top floor side sea view. Spacious,cleaned every day with fresh towels. Bed ok, pillows very soft. If I knew better we would of taken an extension cable only one plug socket in the room. Food plentiful and lots of choice but very monotonous same thing practically everyday. If you like a cocktail sorry only 2 on the AI menu. Pool and beach areas very good. Entertainment guys did a cracking job. All staff work really hard and are polite and friendly. Lovely hotel lovely holiday.

First of all was dropped off at sister hotel and waited over 2hours for room.but once settled everything withing hotel excellent,animation team all fantastic.from waiters to cleaning staff all polite and good at jobs.now the down side be warned if leaving hotel my wife and 12 year old granddaughter were In a shop and locked in by staff until they payed £145 for cheap bracelet they were looking at.Massive thanks to Jed and Richard who went to get money back

Second time at this fab hotel....and will definitely be back again...clean and tidy with very hard working staff, nothing is ever any trouble. ALL staff are so friendly. It's a small hotel and this means you get to know lots around the pool and in the evening. Enjoyed all the food at the buffet restaurant...I honestly think there is something to eat for everyone... It's the entertainment team that make this hotel great... mido, kimo, Simo, Dousa and Gigi. They are all amazing and lots of fun..

Entertainment and activities are great, staff very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Rooms are a bit tired, beds hard (compared to what I am used to) pillows need replacing. Food is very much the same as any AI and there is something for even the fussiest eater. Fruit is so tasty. Overall great place to stay x

This has been possibly the best family holiday we've been on. We arrived just after 12.30am after a long day travelling and we were immediately offered a meal from the restaurant even though it was closed. The room was clean and fresh and cleaned on a daily basis if requested to the cleaner. Every one of the hotel staff greets you with a smile everyday. The restaurant staff have been amazing with my daughter who is dairy free, always going out of there way to help. The bar staff are always down for joke and a bit of banter. They will bring you drinks to you on the sun loungers or table. And lastly the entertainers are phenomenal, great with the kids and they make everyone feel welcome. Mido always comes with a hand shake or a hug and has time for EVERYONE!! Without these guys, the holiday would be just a pool and food!! Great stuff guys, keep up the amazing work!! ❤️

The hotel is second to none, rooms, food, staff all A1 but what let this down for us was the lack of air conditioning. The temperature was 28/30 deg every day and the rooms became like ovens, very unbearable. I asked for the air con to be switched on, as did many others, only to be told 1 they didnt have it 2 it was broken 3 it would be swithched on in 3 days. The management should listen to their guests, you are letting the side down by not listening to us.

The whole hotel was amazing we are coming back next year. The entertainment staff can't do enough for you would really recommend to come to this hotel, everyone was amazing- the food was amazing something for everyone xwhat a amazing experience we will be back x

We have been here for ten days oh my god what amazing experience we have been treated like royalty, the staff from cleaners to chefs to bar staff animation team and gardeners have been amazing we are coming back next year xxx the food was fantastic something for everyone the entertainment laughed every night x

I have been here for one week out of two so far with my partner. The facilities may not be the greatest, however, the staff makes the stay 5/5. If I could rate the staff higher, I would. I can see the food not being to everyone's liking but there is a rage of food every meal time. Simo and the rest of the entertainment team has so far made me as well as my partner feel soo welcome into joining some of the entertainment that they have.
