Royal Nozha

Just returned from a week all inclusive, which to be honest was long enough. Our room was clean with a pool view however could see more of the trees and bushes attached to the balcony than we could the pool and bar. Definitely in need of new beds and pillows. Only 1 pillow per bed with the spare being harder than sleeping on a brick. A/C had its moments but when it worked it was cold which was good. Flooded the bathroom numerous times due to the angle of the shower. The pool is nice & sunbeds are comfortable however had to get up between 5-6 in the morning to get them otherwise there would be none left. People were ‘reserving’ beds with towels and would not come to use them until 3pm. Complaints were raised with management and assured they would resolve it but it continued to happen through the holiday. The entertainment team made the holiday for us really. The nightly entertainment was good & inclusive. Plenty of activities through the day on offer. They were all great & very nice people! Kept us laughing the entire holiday. They arrange everything themselves & it’s clear they have a limited budget which is a shame but they work with what is available to them. Huge thanks to Mido, Kimo, Simo, Jiji & Doussa! You’re amazing. The hotel itself is quite dated. Looks like it could do with a renovation to be honest. The restaurant is a total sweat box every hour of the day. We complained to management about the lack of air conditioning within the restaurant to be told they didn’t turn the A/C on until mid-June. Not very good considering it peaked 35 degrees during the day. The windows were open occasionally but if you’re not sitting next to them you feel no benefit of the breeze. It’s virtually impossible to sit outside due to the flies (I completely understand that’s out of the hotels control) but there was a fair few of them in the restaurant also. You’re allocated a table at the start of your stay and you sit at that table every night, it’s a great idea but all of the tables are joined together so often you find you’re sitting practically right next to another couple/family. The food was a real let down. Breakfast wasn’t worth getting up for and lunch was just as disappointing. Very minimal choice. If you’re vegetarian or are willing to eat pretty much anything you’ll be fine. There’s a great salad bar but very poor choice of meat. Lunch time served burgers and some kind of chicken leg pretty much every day—the rest was vegetables. Dinner was pretty much the same, probably 3/4 meat options and the rest, again, veg. The pasta bar is delicious if you like what is being served that night. Virtually nothing for kids to eat unless they are big eaters. Food went cold very and often ran out very quick. Some chefs were quite ignorant and favoured other guests—often serving the fresh food to them first. We have had a brilliant time at royal nozha, the staff are brilliant, food is good, rooms, hotel, pool and beach are clean. Big shout out to the animation team, Simo, Kimo, Mido, Giji, Dousse, they go above and beyond all day and night, keeping adults & kids entertained, all are really friendly and really look after you, nothing is ever to much apart from trying to throw Simo in the pool! Entertainment of a night time from the animation team has absolutely made our day, so much fun. We don’t wanna go home!

Really enjoyed our family holiday. All the team were brilliant. The animation team Mido, Simo, Doussa, Giji and Kimo were all amazing welcoming the whole family and making us feel welcome. Mido ran a great team and Simo was a great laugh and enjoyed making us all laugh. Abdel was lovely in the restaurant and was really friendly. If you are up for a laugh and willing to get involved the whole team go over and above to get involved with the family. Great holidays and great entertainment. We met some great people that made a great holiday. Would recommend if you are looking at coming to Tunisia.

Brilliant hotel, great mixture of food, cleaned daily and all the staff are smiling and happy! Friendly staff, from the cleaning staff to the animation team, bar, desk and kitchen staff. Simo ＜3, Kimo, Mido, Doussa and Giji are so welcoming, and so friendly. Made everyday so fun. Laughed all day long. Always happy and willing to get to know you and make you feel like part of the hotel. Incredible holiday. Beautiful country, beautiful hotel and beautiful staff.

Entertainment team is fantastic at this hotel and will do anything to help you. Mido his energy is amazing and his team Kimo, Simo, Doussa, JiJi they make you feel comfortable and do not force you into doing anything you do not want to do . Entertainment team staff are very polite and friendly have made some amazing friends for life ... Shows at night time are amazing and they put so much effort into these would defo come back to this hotel even on my own as I know I would be in safe hands ... the hotel it's self I can not complain it's clean enough and everyone is polite and friendly enough rooms and clean ... restaurant staff are lovely will defo be back to this hotel 100 per cent... reception staff will help if you need taxi or to change money it's not any problem for them

Wasn't sure when booked this holiday if made the right choice but the reviews seemed good ...well I wasn't disappointed at all one of the best holidays iv had so far. The staff we're so friendly and the entertainment was very good too. Food couldn't fault at all good variety for everyone. Rooms big and clean. The pool and beach amazing too. Will definitely go back there again

This was our third time returning to the hotel. When we arrived we got checked in. We got given our room which was on the ground floor pool view. The room was disappointing as we were put in the corner and it was small. We asked to move rooms but were told that it wasn’t possible to later find out that other guests got given what they wanted. We were a little disappointed by this. The holiday its self was brilliant and we met up with friends that also returned and made new friends. The staff at the bar restraunt and entertainment team can not do enough for you. The sunbed situation was also disappointing. People were getting up at 2am and putting towels down or even doing it the night before. As a party of 6 this meant that we had to get up at 5am every morning to get beds together. The people that were putting their towels down were not to be seen all day and this meant that families couldn’t get beds. The manager didn’t seem too bothered about the situation either. We eaten out twice during the week as the food was a little disappointing and wasn’t as good as previous times we have visited the hotel. We are returning in September and hope to see an improvement.

Currently there and have 3 days left to go. Hotel building is little outdated and food choices have been better in other hotels that cost more are only negatives we could find . The staff make up for it with positivity and honest niceness. They make the holiday and make a great memory. Alcohol was great , cleaning staff perfect and coco beach is great part especially Medhi . Top bloke 10/10

What an amazing week we have had here . Royal Nozah is a small hotel but big in personality. The staff are incredible and make u feel like family . Bar staff and waiter remember your drinks order and your glass never stays empty long . Entertainment team are incredible and made us feel part of the family. They take their time to come and sit and get yo know you . Midos aqua gym and night time programmes were fantastic and Simos killer darts and water polo were so much fun . We are gutted to be leaving today . Most people we hsve met come time and time again and I can see why we will be back. We have met friends for life here . Thank you so much to everyone here we have really had the best holiday 💓
