Worst exerience, no buffet breakfast.only room service with limited item(2 nos) and quantity was also restricted. Per plate only 2 nos small uttapam. Pre check in charges was taken but no bill given. Room size is very small for the amount charged.

This is not a hotel, more of a hostel. It’s very dirty and pretty much disgusting. Rats are running riot all over the place. The ***ager was not nice, very rude and arrogant. We were shown a room a room which was absolutely horrible. Avoid at all cost!!!!!

This hotel was a lot expensive considering it's location and condition. Outside of the hotel is dark and hard to see hotel's sign/name. Front entrance of the hotel is smelly and dirty. Room condition: Our room was very small - just the bed itself takes the whole room. There's no window; bathroom was small but clean and functional. Breakfast option was very limited. There's no good restaurant or other facility within walking distance. Staff: Although the front desk staff was polite, some of the staff need little more training and politeness with smiley faces. The guard's behavior was unacceptable - he asked our taxi to stay out of the gate but we had large suitcases - so my husband had to talk to him separately. Same for the day we checked in - it was late at night and asked the guard if it was the right hotel, he was about to give us wrong info for us to drive away. This hotel is in an odd location - next to a railway colony - that's it - no other facilities for travelers to use. So, unless you have no other options, don't just book this hotel seeing it's picture online.

Avoidable hotel. Mosquitos. Though I requested front side room with a window they gave me a corner backside room with no window. Because of that I didn’t get mobile range for proper internet. Hotel Wi-Fi was not working. I went to Mumbai for exam. Electric Kettle given after insistence. No water in the morning. Had to call and wait 15 min then again visited reception for water. Worst experience at this astonishing price. No Treebo hotel hereafter.

First thing I want to say is that our guide, Teo, was an amazing person. He was informative and answered all questions, his English was so good. Teo was so patient with me, I have asthma and he help was much appreciated. My husband and I have been on ***y trips, through ***y countries and tours. I have to put this one of the top ones. I will recommend this tour company to everyone coming to Barcelona.

I had booked this hotel for my business trip, intially thinking as solo traveller they gave me a room not upto any standard neither as per the price that i paid, i had to call the customer care to ask for upgarde or refund, pathetic services, staff are rude, food is cold and not hygiene, rooms are tiny, hotel is untidy, paan stains on the walls, rooms were not clean as they claim, do not waste ur money at hotel for bad services, plenty of better hotels in the area with spacious room and better services....dont fall into a trap with the pretty images
