每次來慕尼黑都住這裏，寬敞舒適，簡單的餐廚具可以自己做東西吃。地下停車庫很方便，20歐一天。附近有Lidl，ED，DM，Apotheke，也有小公園可以散步。

Very very nice hotel near to public transportation tram and U bahn(direct line to Octoberfest which was very nice) Took us about 1.5 hours to get to airport on public transportaion from this location. Good restaurants and supermarkets in the area and very quiet for sleeping, even tho it is on a very busy road. Loved the tech and sustainability factors.

My family and I stayed here last December for our Chris**as holidays and we loved our entire stay. The apar**ents are really spacious with lots of sunlight, super clean, with fantastic amenities and in a quiet neighbourhood. We particularly enjoyed our stay because the staff was great and super helpful. Each one went out of their way to assist us. They accommodated every request we made...and always with a smile (even while printing our multiple documents, they were so patient and kind.) They have a very efficient WhatsApp system to communicate with guests and their response time is literally within seconds. The staff always gave us very helpful advice - e.g. how to have food and groceries quickly delivered, where to eat and shop and even which nearby places are worth a drive. We loved the location of Timehouse - the neighbourhood is lovely, quiet (perfect for a good night's sleep) and away from the tourists but with enough eating options nearby. Thank you so much to the Timehouse team for making my family's stay last December so wonderful. Sending you all greetings from Singapore and we cannot wait to visit you again!

Extremely comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well appointed but would have preferred a microwave in addition to the oven.

Very nice place. It wasn’t clear that room cleaning was taking place only once per week (so no cleaning for shorter stays). I’d think to provide better access to amenities to customers. It’s just a bit annoying to have to ask for new towels, dishwasher capsules, tissues, etc. But honestly these are just constructive feedback. everything was excellent. I definitely recommend it!

I booked 1 bedroom apar**ent, get upgraded to 2 bedrooms,love the place,it's huge bigger than 2 bedrooms apar**ent with fully kitchen and washing machine, good location. Will come and stay here again on my next trip to Munich
