Hotel Galleria

屬於特色的家庭式旅店，經營者是華人，對於不會外語的華人來説很好。房間比較老，但還算乾淨。廁所比較小，弄得挺乾淨。淋浴需要注意，一段時間沒用的話需要開很久水才會燒熱，但是熱了之後水有點燙。暖氣屬於德國家庭的一般水平，大約20度左右，不算暖但足夠了。推薦自駕車住，慕尼黑及周邊還是開車方便。前台有冰箱和微波爐可用，一樓有公用燒水壺，wifi很快。無電梯，腿腳不方便的需要注意，餐廳在地下室。早餐不算豐盛但該有的都有，基本滿足需求。

我把昨夜的一段文字記錄體驗我入住的感受吧： 昨晚八九點大雨抵慕尼黑。首先，找不到位置，開車兜了很多圈，然後停下來，我們在雨中沿着街道找，然後發現坑坑凹凹中被圍欄圍住的地方有個窄窄的酒店入口，開車根本找不到，也很難停進去。 第二、抵達酒店是晩上酒店前，但酒店無人服務，門開不了，門上貼着告示，德語無信號也翻譯不了。我們查了code, 也開不了門。後來門開了，應該酒店有人看到我們，但無人出來招呼，我們自己找到信封裏的鑰匙。 第三、酒店寒冷、陰森、陳舊，空寥寥幾層樓好象無人。找房間的過程中幾次被立在拐角的真人大小的紙人嚇到。給我們夫婦的房間是三張床，那麼我們根本活動不了。早餐時看到餐廳工作人員是一位中國女性，於是高興地與她打招呼，隨口説了一下昨晚到酒店感到有點可怕。她説那是能量場的問題，我們這是古堡。後又強調了是你的能量場不行。説了一下停車的問題，她説算你們有本事能找到，這旁邊開工，挖了很久換暖氣，因為天然氣價格飆升。昨天學校已經鬧起來了，警察都來了。房間本來你們是一間很好的房間，但是有人鬧，想到你們是中國人，就把你們的房子換給他（她）了。我説：因為我們是中國人，所以你可以隨便換掉我們訂的房子，給我們人家不要的嗎。她説不是，然後抱怨了N久施工問題，我們也理解，就匆匆吃完早餐去趕飛機。 經過前台，我們自己聊着兩個人訂的度假房，居然換成三人間，真奇葩。前台一位中年男性隔台喊話：換房怎麼了，我認為這間房更適合你們。我於是不高興了：你認為適合我們就適合我們？我們認為適合自己的就不適合？男人説：這個房間更貴！我説：我不要貴的，衹要適合的。男人於是又隔空喊：你不住貴的，你為什麼要訂這裏！ Check out 的時候，前台沒人，我又去廚房找到女工作人員。 她送我們出來。我説，什麼都不説了吧。我剛從巴登過來，巴登巴登的寒冷冬夜入住感覺很温暖，冬天不僅帶來冰冷的温度，還帶來葡萄酒的香氣。而這裏，感受到一顆冰冷的心與戾氣。 文字表達了一大堆，也正式評價一下吧：酒店位置手機無信號，房間衞生不乾淨，早餐簡單，也算是填了一下肚子，前台人員説話態度十分惡劣，直接用漢語怒懟我們，一點解釋都沒有，聲音非常大，我無語。差評！

This is a bed, a shower, and a bathroom (granted the toilet doesn't seem to flush). The owners are very nice but it lists things that are not true. The main issue here is they say "English". No. Cannot even list "familiar with English". The rooms are dated - very dated - and the decor makes no sense. It's Germany so why is the room covering done in cheap Pacific island scenery? Like I said there are no bells and whistles. But that is what I wanted so there was never a reason to stay in the room. We were out by 6-8 AM and back around 10pm every night. It was a place to sleep. That is all you should expect.

We stayed for 3 nights. Room for family with 5 people is very cramped. No closet space to store luggage. With luggage on the floor there is no walking space. Tripping hazard. The beds felt like cots. You can feel the spring in the mattress. The mattress is so thin.Pillows are flat blanket like. Good luck if you’re looking for a fluffy pillow. No place to dry your towel. Hangers are recycled from department store so try hanging your damp towel on it. Bent the hanger... Bathroom is very small. No hooks in bathroom to hang towel or clothes while you shower!!! How hard is it to add few hooks on a wall?? Heavy duty command hooks?? Found stink bug in the bathroom. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Far from public transportation. Not easy to get to. DON’T book here. You’ll regret it. Friendly staff but that doesn’t make up for all the other inconveniences. Wifi sucks, no manager on property after 6/7PM. Good luck getting towels or anything after hours. Place needs a wrecking ball and start over. When I complained about the check in the owner gaslit me and said we made noise other guest couldn’t sleep in the meantime we only went to the hotel to shower and sleep. We left each day at 5. The stairs creak not my fault. I want to cry.

Hote Galleria is an old hotel with plenty of charm. I got started off on the wrong foot when they wouldn’t let me cancel my reservations about 6 weeks out. So I changed my entire itenerary to not lose $176. Friendly staff. Comfy clean beds. No AC and the shower was a bit frustrating. Nice breakfast in the morning. Helpful recommendations. Close to the zoo and a great Biergarten.

We were late in check in called hotel and they prepared our keys on check-in counter before leaving. That was fantastic as we arrived after 12 at night and we self checked in without any problem. Just one small attention read carefully instructions to get to parking if you don't find one in hotel parking lot. Breakfast was also ok not one of the best.

The pillows in the room were uncomfortable. Breakfast very small selection (no toaster, 1 fruit selection, no yogurt). Room is fine for 1 night in my opinion.

Belle immeuble d'époque. Qui mériterait une bonne rénovation. Bien placé. Pas loin du métro. La fête de la bière à fait grimper les prix pour la qualité de la chambre
