No está mal. Pero no te esperes nada de especial. Staff poco amable. A mejorar relación calidad/precio.

Overall this is a good hotel with central location. Our room was spacious, peaceful and breakfast was better than expected (even some veggies available). Shower and towels were on good level. AC was too complex to use, and there was basically no ventilation in the bathroom. Cheap toilet paper was absolutely rubbish.

Nice sized room. It was nice to have 2 comfortable chairs. Brought a kettle up on request. Very pleasant and thorough cleaning staff.

Unfortunately we stayed on the 24th of December, when all the restaurants in the city closed after lunch. We decided to eat at the restaurant at the hotel, called Arrozante. The hotel had signs up to announce that since it was the 24th of december, the restaurant would close early, at 8pm. When we got in there and asked the waiter if he spoke english, he said no and just turned around and continued doing whatever. We went to the reception, and a staff member came with us, and then the waiter said that the restaurant closed at 6pm. A 4-star hotel should definetly have a better operator for their restaurant. Unfortunately this spoiled our overall view of the hotel...

Lovely room, fabulous breakfast. Staff on reception, breakfast and evening bar amazing. Will return next trip to Murcia.

Nice hotel, room was comfortable , staff a little overwhelmed at time, but pleasant . Room service menu, but only available at certain times ( when chef arrives) …felt that was a bit strange.
