Arctic-Service Hotel is located in a quiet area close to the city centre. The railway and bus stations as well as all the major entertainment facilities are within a 10-minute public transport ride. Hotel windows display a beautiful city panorama with views of the Kola Bay, the Transfiguration Cathedral, the Lighthouse, and the well-known monument to Defenders of the Soviet Arctic during the Great Patriotic War (commonly called Alyosha). Lake Semyonovskoye with an amusement park and the most northern oceanarium are situated nearby.
The hotel offers single, double and triple accommodation in 28 spacious and comfortable two-room and three-room suites of Standard, Comfort, Superior, and Suite categories. All rooms have modern design and everything needed for comfortable stay: beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, TV, kettle and tableware, and a bathroom with tub or shower cubicle.
Guests are offered breakfast in the morning. The hotel's ground floor houses a cafe & bar, serving courses of Russian cuisine. The whole hotel territory has Wi-Fi Internet coverage.

房間兩個，卧室和客廳，還有廚房和門廳，適合人多或家庭定住，自己單獨住就有點空撈撈的。但是窗外的風景還是挺好看的，把這個城市的燈光盡收眼底。樓下的小餐廳，早餐簡單但中午大嬸做的套餐的湯太好喝了。

房間很大，有廚房但沒爐具，入住時前台的人員不算熱情，這個價格能提供簡單的早餐，能看到摩爾美麗的夜景。但不滿意的是，突然停電，打電話前台不會英語溝通不了，衹能在沒冷氣的情況下睡了一晚。

公寓很大，是兩個卧室。房子在山上，可以看到整個海灣。前台服務非常好，還幫我打電話諮詢，非常感謝。早餐也很好，雖然簡單，但是雞蛋麪包咖啡酸奶都有。
