Lovely hotel very clean and staff could not be more helpful very peaceful hotel especially if taking young children with you. Beds were very comfortable and the balcony very spacious. Only a 15 min walk to the beach and beautiful restaurants and shops. We would definitely return to this location and I would recommend it also

The staff are freindly, but house keeping leave alot to be desired, had to go to re eption twice whilst on holiday to let them know cleaners hadn't been in and to get fresh towels.Breakfast is good but dinner not the best,same sort of food every day, if you want a drink even water at dinner they charge it to your room or you pay for it at that time. It's quite a walk to the nearest shops although there is a shuttle bus that runs from Sunday to Fri free ,which is good.

Clean rooms and facilities. I suspect that because it wasn't peak season that would explain why the pools didn't open until 10am and the pool bars did not open until 11am- rather frustrating. The food was very mixed with our favourite being the Chinese themed buffet, however there were occasions we struggled to find much that looked appetising that wasn't fish or pork. Not all the snacks from the snack bar or drinks were included in the "all inclusive" which we thought was poor. Good location, 15 mins walk to the beach with transfers provided by the hotel. Hotel is near a lake which we suspected caused an influx of mosquitoes, so be prepared. All in all not bad but not great, 7/10.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Easy stroll to the shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and beach. Very clean resort with helpful staff and a good selection of family pools, salt water pools (our preferred area as quieter and more chilled) and adult only pools. Rooms were clean with effective air conditioning and excellent WiFi throughout. Food was reasonable but like other guests have stated options for vegetarians are limited and labelling could be improved. Hotel accommodated us well on departure day with luggage store and shower/changing facilities to enable us to utilise resort fully on the last day.

We had a lovey time at this hotel the rooms were spacious and very clean , the maids did a good job and were very polite as were all the hotel staff, nothing was to much trouble. Our only thought would be to put kettles in the rooms . The pool area was always clean and we thought not opening the pools until 10 am to stop beds being saved is a great idea . Well done, The restaurant was always filled and plentiful and the pool bar was also good. The entertainment was ok maybe less acrobats and more music acts to keep the kids entertained. All in all we were a family of five and we all enjoyed our holiday .

All over it was a fantastic hotel. Great Staff very friendly very efficient. Food OK good choices. Only fault I found was the first block where my children and grandchildren stayed was a bit dated and cramped. But the hotel especially 6th floor was excellent . Overall it was a great hotel will definitely be back. Grandchildren loved it.

2nd trip here and absolutely loved it - again. Since our last visit, my mother had a serious medical issue and despite that, we could still take part in everything. Nothing stopped her. Fabian and Sophia were amazing. Always helpful and determined to make sure every one laughs and is happy. For them two alone, this is the reason you should come. But the rest of the hotel is just as good. Food is typical All Inclusive type food. Buffet style, plenty for everyone. Themed nights (look at the board outside the restaurant to know what you may be getting for the entire month ahead!), every night. Always loungers available at the pool, and for 10 euros you can hire a towel, which you get back when you return (don't lose the receipt!). Lifeguard (male one that we saw) always out and about watching over but also cleaning up after people so that the next people can use loungers and chairs. Different acts on stage each night. Yes it was loud until 11pm but you're on holiday in a family orientated hotel. What do you expect? Lights out and everyone sleeping by 9pm? If you want that, then maybe pick a hotel that does not have evening entertainment. Will likely go back again. And again.
