AluaSun Continental Park Hotel & Apartments

Short break with friends staying in a 3 bed apartment. Spacious and clean. These are situated in a separate block. Great for those with bikes. The restaurant was clean and had a good variety of good to suit all tastes. Receptionist was very attentive to any problems. Great location near yo thd beach and shops

Overall very pleasant stay. Room was too close to main street, a lot of street traffic noise. Staff very Good, helpful and professional

Had a great week at this hotel - the hotel is in an ideal location for cycling central for the flat rides and time to warm up for the mountains. Staff very friendly and helpful food great for carbing up for big rides. The hotel very happy to let you have an early breakfast will the full range of foods available when going out for very early rides

Used the hotel as a base for a cycling holiday with my cycling club friends. It did what we needed but nothing particularly good or bad. Would go again but would look for alternatives first.

Clean facilities in the hotel overall. Friendly and helpful staff, especially during check-in and check-out. Good things to do locally. Beach very close by.

Vey good hotel mainly frequented with Spanish customers, clean and well maintained with friendly staff, entertainment aimed at Spanish but hey we are in Spain

This hotel is amazing! We were slightly worried before arriving after reading some negative reviews but we quickly realised that non of them were true. The food here is amazing and there is so much variation! There is something different everyday, including the snack bar. There is allergen information on all the little signs for each dish which was helpful to me being gluten free. There were so many all inclusive cocktails to choose from, along with all the spirits and mixers being included. The hotel was spotlessly clean and we stayed in the apartments which have amazing sea views, are really nicely designed and super clean. Cleaners come into the room everyday. There are lots of sunbeds and the pool is a good size and also very clean. We got our room slightly early which was a nice surprise and got our all inclusive wristbands straight away. The beach is two minutes walk away. Alcudia isn't a far walk but there is also a bus stop a minute from the hotel which takes you to Alcudia port or Alcudia old town (and there is also a bus to the airport). I wouldn't recommend this hotel for children as it is very quiet and there isn't much to entertain children, there also isn't a lot of kids food available. They had bingo on a couple of nights and then had singers. There was 1 night where there was no entertainment so we put our own music on and got everyone up dancing! Staff are also lovely.

Extremely Disappointed with this Hotel. Went on a Imserso Holiday. The Location is very run down. The Hotel is situated in a Side Street without Views, the Rooms are are Good as is the Bathroom but was let down because there was no Extractor for Condensation or Odours, Plus the Terrace was Extremely Narrow, Definitely not fit for larger people which Im not. The food was Diabolical Extremely Lacking in choice of Fresh Produce. I have never been to a Hotel that serves Fried Eggs for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Plus only 2 days of serving Freshly cooked meat on the Grill, Mostly Very Poor Quality of Fish with Bones. 98% of the Staff were Excellent & can not Fault them but What was Surprising is the Lack of seeing the Manager Plus the need to Inform a couple of there staff the Art of customer Service. Would I Recommend or Return NEVER EVER EVER.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The reception, entertainment and restaurant staff are fantastic, all friendly, work hard and helpful. The rooms are really small but beds are comfortable . There was a kettle in the room but no cups, milk, tea bags or coffee to enable you to use the kettle. There are no English channels on the tv, mainly German channels. This wasn’t a problem for us though. Bath towels are poor quality but changed regularly. Balcony floor was never swept and the floor under the beds was thick with dust but overall cleanliness was ok. It’s clear the hotel is making an effort to try and improve the food. There is a separate salad bar and separate vegetable station that allows people to avoid food being contaminated by meat dishes. There is the odd gluten free dish but no ingredients are listed identifying potential allergens eg contains dairy or contains nuts etc. you will struggle if you have dietary requirements, there are two vegetarians and one vegan in our party. Meals consisted mostly of salad, bread and chips but this is consistent with majority all inclusive hotels in Mallorca. Location of hotel is brilliant. Only a few minutes walk to beautiful playa de Muro. There is only one small pool at the hotel but it was never crowded and never difficult to get a sun bed , no matter what time of day you arrived at the pool. We would definitely return to this hotel but maybe not go all inclusive. Sea view rooms are over the pool and evening entertainment stage. This wasn’t a problem for us as entertainment finished at 23:00
