Upon arrival for a recent October stay, my wife and Iearned that the hotel had recently come under new management. At the time of our reservation, breakfast was included in the room price. However, the hotel never reached out to us to say that it was under new management and that due to renovations, breakfast was not being provided. I asked two reception desk attendants for a $30 reduction on the room cost -- a fair price for breakfast for 2 -- and was told that I'd need to speak to the manager, Ray. This provide fruitless, as numerous messages left w/him have gone unanswered. Also of note, when we left the following morning, there was no one at the reception desk for hours. Clearly, this is no way to run a hotel, so I suggest you choose elsewhere when in the area. In fact, upon leaving, a party of 6 golfers which was as frustrated as my wife and I, bemoaned not having selected the Hampton Inn.
