Hotel Wild Wood

This hotel relatively new, is well located on Camels Back Road facing the mountains. It has 24 rooms and decently furnished. We got a prompt service from their staff. Since the hotel is relatively small, it has a small reception area where guests can come. On several days we were not able to sleep as groups of friends and often families who book several rooms together on the same floor , virtually partied with children playing in the corridors and guests talking aloud. We had to complain to the reception after midnight. The hotel offers a nice buffet breakfast with both Indian and a bit of continental options. But the biggest drawback is the hotel doesn’t have a proper dining room . They have made a long room with its roof as tin sheets. And the room opens out to the garden area with only chicks to protect from the cold winds especially at night. Thus we always ordered our dinner for room service. The owners must look into constructing a proper dining area with a hygienic kitchen under a pucca structure. This will not disappoint guests as it does now. The staff at the hotel is polite and ever ready to help.

It's a very nice hotel. The staff's hospitality is commendable. The hotels is neat and clean, complementary breakfast and food from the menu is always delicious and fresh. The view from right outside the lobby is amazing. Rooms are good and well-***aged. It was a great family stay.

I stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days and I must say the hotel was excellent. The bed was comfortable and relaxing and the breakfast offered was also good. The hotel was located at a beautiful location in Mussoorie. The hotel property was easily reachable and had everything we needed during our stay.

We stayed at Hotel Wild Wood for 2 days in November, 2022. Me and my family has a great time there as all the facilities available at the hotel were on point and the hotel staff was too very co-operative with us. Our room was clean and tidy and properly maintained by the housekeeping staff. We celebrated my wife’s birthday there and the hotel did provide us a complimentary photo cake. Food was super yummy, they have a super chef. We will visit soon again to celebrate our daughter’s birthday.

I had a good stay at Hotel Wild Wood. Nice hotel with awesome view. Great services and staff were very helpful and friendly. The food served in hotel was very tasty. I would highly recommended this hotel.

We booked wild wood for a 2 stay day at mussoorie. We went by the pictures on various portals and wat was shared by the hotel. The super deluxe rooms that appear to be big enough were.pretty crammed up. What was more disappointing was the service , especially at the restaurant. It was pathetic, the serving staff got us smelly glasses of water, when ordered fresh lime soda,the glass was all sticky!! Quality and taste of the food was also not upto the mark! Other guests staying at the hotel had the same opinion too. ! Please do check other options .
