I chose this property due to proximity to the airport and the advertised amenity of airport transportation provided. When I checked in the front desk agent was possibly having a bad day. She was not interested in friendly interaction. After her less than welcoming check in, I inquired about how to set up airport transportation. Her response was "If it's even available." She did not inquire what my needs were, and having access to my reservation, she was well aware I was only staying one night. I elected to order an Uber for my needs, which cost well over $40, but I certainly didn't want to "put her out" any more than my presence clearly had. Upon arriving to the room, the cleanliness was subpar. There was black mold on the ceiling/wall joint in the sleeping space, as well as black mold in the bathroom. The room was, you could tell, was given a quick once over, but no real housekeeping had taken pace. When turning on the heating/cooling unit it emitted a terrible odor (as did the elevator space). It was very loud and you could hear everything the people above us were doing and saying. The bathroom towels had an unpleasant odor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
