Nice place beautiful surrender, helpfull staff. Outdoor spa was super. Breakfast was exsellent. Good place to have a little break from everyday life. Thai garden is a super restaurang to have real thai experience without flying abroad. Naantali is a nice little city to promenade and enjoy the atmosphere.

Its Ok but in a desperate need of a renovation. Lobby is nice but many places, including the spa area have been left in the 80s. A Little broken, a little stained. The breakfast was quite frankly terrible. No imagination, the basic things you get in a cheap motel. The location and the building has a lot if potential but at this prices not worth it

Big, old. Rooms ok. Someones smoke in balcony, not nice. Yu can not keep window open. No ac, if the weather is hot. Parking costs 15 e per day, what big parking area. Staff unpolite and checking everything. Pool is nice, not connecting the see. No cold water pools.

Interior to great extend outdated requiring refurbishment. Food and beverage standard comparably low, unfortunatly. Staff friendly but distant and not very well engaged into service.

We have spent a wonderful weekend in April, 2023. We did like the room, and SPA facilities. Even though everything is not very new but it is obvious that hotel is taken care of. The breakfast/dinner were ok. It would be nice to have a more variable breakfast.

A wonderful place to visit during this cold and harsh finnish winter. During my visit I very much enjoyed my time at the spa. The water was nice and warm, making me feel like nemo from the hit movie Finding Nemo™. The other customers around were pleasant and very helpful when the clerk didnt quite understand my english. I enjoyed the view of the great ocean but the wind was chilling me to my very core. I also got myself a "hot stone massage" which to be honest was not quite to my liking. I wasnt made aware that the hot stones would be THAT hot, almost scolding my skin and flesh. When it came to my hotel room, it was quite compact as in small but pleasantl. It made me feel comfy enough to nuzzle my favourite plushie under the warm and joyoys blankets. Overall I enjoyed my experience at this spa & hotel and would recommend this to all "water beasts" like myself.

The hotel was ruined by saving too much. In a dark hotel, the lights don't work or half are turned off, the cabinet doors come off and the kitchen is completely miserable. The price level is high, but the hotel is strong economy class. The staff was nice and friendly. So the problem is deeper.

Nice pools and sauna, excellent gym. Service and breakfast is not as good as you could expect. They don´t offer for example a sewing set incase you need to fix something. Would appreciate if there would be a way to recycle waste in the room.
