It Was perfect and comfortable room.
All staff Was nice and friendly.
The breakfast Was awesome.
The last thing is i need to many thank for the
Organizer to ready what i request.
It Was so happy at me and my wife.
For me was very enjoy here and few day batam trip.
High recommendation the ASTON Group at BATAM.
YES.. 10/10 for me & my wife.

I stayed in the Aston’s 1BR apartment from 29th Mar - 1st Apr. 2nd floor.
Apartment is very clean and spacious. If you’re on the lower floor, you might facing the outside. There are dogs barking throughout the day, early morning/late night.
There is also the call to prayer that can be heard very clearly from your room in the lower floors.
My aircon was not working on check-in, took 2 calls & a trip down to front office to send someone. The person who did come was fast & efficient. Resolved the issue.
Breakfast is quite a large spread, international & local food.
Overall, quite a pleasant stay.

Room is very clean and spacious. Service is great too. Realised the kettle is not working well, requested for it to be changed and it was quick response. Had the complimentary shuttle service at 11am and 5pm to Nagoya Hill Shopping centre and Grand Batam Mall. There is only indomart nearby. You have to take grab out but that’s not an issue as it’s very cheap. But sad to say that the lounge and rooftop bar are very quiet. No one at all. Other than that, experience there was awesome!

(1) Wet wipes turned grey when i wipe the tables in the room.
(2) requested for hand towels, not available.
(3) requested for additional bath towel, available but it was not sent to my room.
(4) ordered in room dinning but was not sent to my room.

Amazing hospitality by staff, generous room size, comfy beds, free breakfast, extremely good value for money.
Only cons were the tv, no Netflix and remote was hard to use.
Recommend.

Late check in, but unfortunately request denied for a 1 hr late check out. Cause maybe the hotel was fully booked the day after. Reception is friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spick and span. Could request extra amenities. But overall experience is good!

This place is always my first choice because of bathroom amenities such as separate bathtubs & showers area. Love this features. Understand that we need to support eco-friendly environment , sadly they reduce the other amenities like soap & shampoo. We stayed for 2 night but there is no additional soap & shampoo.
20ml tub soap & shampoo..
Decent meal but doughnut on the whiteboard? Unhygienic.

Wonderful apartment. Very clean and worth the price.
The ambiance of the hotel is simply breathtaking. The elegant décor, tasteful furnishings, and attention to detail create an atmosphere of sophistication and luxury. Everywhere I looked, from the stylish lounge areas to the meticulously landscaped gardens, there was an air of refinement that made me feel pampered and relaxed.
The room itself was a haven of comfort and tranquility. Spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, it provided everything I needed for a truly rejuvenating stay. The plush bedding ensured a restful night’s sleep, while the modern amenities, including a state-of-the-art entertainment system and high-speed internet access, catered to my every convenience.

Good room and good location for weekend stay. Separate shower and bathtub in every room. Free breakfast and many varieties.
