Great breakfast in hotel with made yourself burger , it is the first experience to have it in hotel breakfast.Great place to stay and close to 國際通 10 mins walk , we can go to have late dinner with Beer there safe - no need to drive back hotel 👍🏼

They didn’t clean the toilet which have a diaper used. Apart from that, the waiter at restaurant at 13/F was rude, he refuse to let my baby car in claiming that there was insufficient space while my baby was
slept while I have to hold it all the time. No baby bath tub is another horrible experience which I never had before.

Room was a bit cramped, there were 3 beds in the room and that’s plenty but made the room too small and definitely hard to move around in. We had to climb over the bed to get to the table and chair they cramped in there. The limitless pool was nice but you would need to pay additional cost per day and it can add up quick. If you plan on staying long, bring more clothes because the laundry machines are small and pretty useless, my clothes were still wet at 2 hrs of drying. The parking isn’t complimentary which is weird especially since you’re staying there but you still have to pay to park there. Overall, it’s a 3 out of 5 in my opinion.

Location - very close to airport, train station and shopping centre.
Staff were friendly, can speak some English. I was impressed by the variety, you need to get a number card and staff will arrange seats for you within reasonable time.
Everything good except AC. It stopped at night, not sure why! and seems it was preset to 25C! Too hot

Very good location, just 5 minutes walk from monorail to the Hotel, all the staffs are helpful.The swimming pool is too small and need to pay 1000 yen per day.Hotel have the washing and drying machine too.The breakfast is ok.But I don’t like one thing:the hotel corridors is too dark especially when we come back at night.But totally this hotel is really good !

The corridor is like in a horror movie, the staff are not very friendly. I will never stay here again.
