One of the worst places I stayed at, the room was crammed, barely 1 meter until you find yourself with the wall where you're supposed to be sleeping in. It's a hole in the wall, and no, it's not a capsule the wall flakes on you as you sleep. There is a mattress stuffed inside with a blanket that I am sure they don't change. When I arrived it was after 22:00 and there was no one to guide me except a piece of paper telling me to go to the "inner most room", took me a while to realize that meant the last room in the hallway. Out of all the places I stayed this was the worst. I didn't actually stay the whole night as I found it hard to sleep, so I ended up getting up and going around.
The location is pretty central, it's situated next to the main street of Naha where you have all the shops and markets, a few minutes away there is a very good donut shop.
From the emergency fire plan map I could see that all the other rooms were much bigger and more spacious, yet 7 people were meant to be sardines in this one closet space. I feel so bad for not taking a picture of that room, which was more akin to a mausoleum coffin area.
If you can get a private room, it might be worth it. The review is entirely based on the closet area dormitory and the lack of personnel to guide you.
