Booked a triple room for two person, very suitable for small family or couples with one kid. Location is near station, facing main road and opposite and beside hotel got family mart.

I used to stay here for few times, it was good before. Now a lot of things change, like you have to pay to enter the pool at night. The pool is soooo cold even tho they said it was hot water pool. It wasn’t really. Jacuzzi is nice tho!! Really sucks if you paid too much for the room then you have to pay another 1,000 yen per person to swim at night.
Staffs are more friendly before but now, it’s so so. It doesn’t feel so welcome anymore. Probably not gonna stay here again the next time.

Located next to the Tomari ferry terminal, you can conveniently grab a ferry to one of the outlying islands with beautiful beaches and scenery. It is also close to the famous Kokusai Dori shopping street, which is about a 10 min walk. The hotel isn’t new, but is kept quite well in terms of cleanliness. Front desk was friendly and amenities were readily available.

Really nice stay! The rooms are new and amenities are contemporary. The view from the outdoor pool is nice overlooking Naha City.

Convenient location next to ferry terminal to a few island. Access to major shopping area within walking distance. Clean and comfortable room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Environmental conservation policy offering Yen 500 coupon for not requiring staff tidying. A small horizon pool on the roof offers pretty good view of the city, especially at night.

Perfect location for access to transport lines, the ferry, good restaurants, and the main shopping thoroughfare. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as both western and Asian specialities. Just be sure to not get a room next to the hotel's exterior sign. We had a hard time sleeping the first couple of nights because of the neon light pouring into the room. They allowed us to move, however, and the rest of our stay was very satisfactory.

reception is ok and so so, not expecting customer service like this,. and during which, there were two times no lift service, we had to walk down.

This hotel is in a great location. There are convenience store nearby so you do not have to worry about breakfast. Abundant public parking space around the hotel hence it is very friendly for drivers.
Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly as well, also appreciate the free coffee offered by the hotel.
