Probably the best Resort in Nainital. Great food, Prompt service. Right from reception Mr. Inder. To the F&B Chief Mr. Dixit. Mr. Roshan from the service team. You guys are doing a great job. The food is awesome. The Facilities in the resort are amazing. Great evening ambiences with live music. Lots of Fun activities in the resort. Thank you for the memories Team Ayar.

One of the best and possibly a rare location to enjoy the forest stay of Nainital and yet be nearer to most of the attractions of city. Located at wonderland altitude, peaceful and natural surroundings. Excellent service and food. Great time in this winter. Tents are located at different levels with luxury interiors and quite spacious. Got one of the best sights of night sky, which we miss in most modern cities and towns around the globe. Enjoyed stargazing for hours in nights. Overall excellent.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this resort and opted for a premium room. It was a unique experience being surrounded by the dense forest, and it was our first time staying in such a captivating setting. One of the highlights of our stay was the live music during dinner time. The musician had an exceptionally good voice and sang beautiful ro***tic songs, which added to the delightful ambiance. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious. However, I do have one suggestion for the hotel. It would be more convenient if dinner was served in a buffet style rather than being served at the table. This would allow guests to take only what they need and reduce food wastage. We often found ourselves ordering more than necessary, and a buffet setup would mitigate this issue. Regarding the room, the size of the premium room was small and not ideal for accommodating three elderly individuals comfortably. However, the bed was cozy and equipped with a comfortable warmer. The room and bathroom were clean, and there were a variety of different toiletries provided. The resort offered activities such as sky cycling and zip-lining, but I found the prices to be quite high. While these activities may be enjoyable for children, the distance covered is too short for elders to fully experience the adrenaline rush before it's over. Additionally, it's worth noting that the resort is located uphill, making it challenging to walk to and from the resort. Hiring a cab is necessary, and it can cost around 400/- for a one-way trip from the mall road to the resort. The mall road itself is downhill, so transportation is required for both directions. Overall, I had a good stay at this resort and would recommend it to others.

It’s a marvellous getaway destination for a week. The food is good and the chef and the staff very courteous. Scope for activities also exciting. Would definitely like to visit again. Went there with family. Safe and serene. The one thing lacking is a soap dish in the toilets. The ***agement would be well advised to provide this.

The best experience one can ask for! Nainital, an otherwise 2 N trip turned into a beautiful 4 N stay in this surreal, close to nature property. The staff was always available, going above and beyond for a myriad of requests from 10+ family members. I highly recommend staying here for the food, hospitality and an escape from city scape! I went here with my family. We stayed for two nights. The property was beautiful, nestled in the lush greens. The restaurant area was tastefully done.  When we arrived it was raining cats and dogs. We moved to the rooms once the rain stopped. We had taken three deluxe tents out of which two were connected. The ones connected were very small and the third was slightly better. Even though these were newly done rooms they didn't look so. The old rooms were much more tastefully done with white brick walls. The hand spray was also leaking in the washroom.  We were not happy with the rooms but very little could be done about it due to the weather and the availability. The only reason for me to give the property 4 stars is for its service and hospitality. The staff was very warm and very well trained. Even though it was raining crazily, they took extra efforts to provide what we required. The rain water was coming in through the windows, they fixed it even though it was pouring. They were prompt every other time during the meals.  The food was okayish on the first day. On the second day - there was much more variety and the food tasted good as well.  There was a band of two during dinner time which made the scene very lively. Guests even got up to shake a leg.  I would definitely recommend this property for its staff and service and would recommend to take higher category rooms if suits the budget.

The property is amidst nature but over priced, service is very poor , for extra bed they hive a pathetic mattress and even wifi internet is not available. OVER ALL THE BEHAVIOUS OF THE CO OWNER OF THE RESORT IS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT. HE MAY HAVE FORGOTTEN HIS RESORT RUNS BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE US SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY TO HAVE SOME GOOD TIME. OVER ALL VERY POOR EXPERIENCE

This resort will give you fell that you are living in a jungle, everything is perfect. The live music in dinner was amazing and so is the flute player at breakfast. Rooms very cozy and well kept. The overall ambience of the resort will make you feel you are in love in nature.
