First the hotel location is very premium location , where you enjoy the mountain view from your room windows, food was excellent, service was excellent, front office staff was always helpfull, I want to suggest to all travellers that if you came to Nainital than please visit this hotel always. What a fantastic hotel. It is like a studio apartment. If I speak about food it's very very tasty. Live preparation. I enjoyed a lot with family. Deepak, Rajender, Umesh and chandan are very fantastic person. Outstanding service and behaviours. Mr Rohit , manager of hotel is always helpful and supportive.

Its been 3 days trip but I cut it short due to personal reason. When It comes to review, I would like to thank first the support staffs sitting at the reception and a service boy, Rajinder. They will attend you gracefully with smile and you will feel comfortable. Vialla Bianca, as name says, this is not a hotel but a 4 floored building converted into Hotel. Location wise this place is quite far, you have to pay further 600-800 INR one way to go to Nainital. Also if you want something in the surroundings, you will not find anything except sitting on the terrace. If you really want to stay away from the city without any requirement, this can be one option otherwise with family, it can be boring just after one day. When it comes to Food Choice in their restaurant, Its limited option. Just on second day of stay, you will wonder what is new to eat. Menu is quite limited and if you have kids, you will not find anything other than regular meal. In room service, my experienced was bad as I tried tea in night and I threw it after first sip. In the morning I checked the Milk sachet and found all expired long back. They could not replace as whole stock was expired. Though they offered me handmade tea next morning. The bed is very small, you can not sleep ***** kids. Wen asked for extra mattress, they charged me hefty amount for small, uncleaned mattress and also in bathroom, laundry supplies are quite limited. When you stay in hills in winter season, you expect, bathroom sleepers, heater, extra bedsheet etc. which was not provided even after request. Overall, the place does not seem exciting and people may get frustrated after day one of stay. Though staffs are ok.
