Our travel agent arranged this resort at the last moment since they faltered on their commitment for safari. Had a nice lawn in from the rooms. Had a small swimming pool at one end of the lawn. Was given a ground floor room - was quite spacious, but had water seepages in couple of places in the wall. Room service was quite responsive. Food was good. We got it for 7k full board for 3 adults during one April peak season - thought it was a fair deal.

Booked this property through my holiday club. Checked in to realise that every room (12 rooms) had a seepage in walls, washrooms were in bad shape, rooms are spartan bare basic. Hardly anything called creature comfort. Property has open space and this is the only positive at this place. Walkways were flooded and it wasn’t raining the that time, this indicates the terrible state of maintenance Eventually checked immediately and moved to another hotel/resort.
