I want to take this space and appreciate the silver springs team; -Mr Pawan for giving me an easy check in process, he was kind enough to give me complimentary hours as I had arrived way earlier than planned. - Mr Anatoli, my regards to you my brother. Nice check in process, glad you speak my language made everything seem like home. Mr Anatoli keep up the good work, nice customer service (mon gar). The only downside with my room is the internet, it was very slow. Looking forward to booking with you again.

I find this hotel to be very peaceful and welcoming. I hope to visit again.The location was ina cool place and it was near the nairobi hospital. The food and the rooms were exceptionally good. The staff at the reception welcomed us well Mr. Pawan the FOM was good

I recently stayed at Muthu Hotel Silver Springs in Nairobi and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the professional team provides top-notch service. They are both helpful and responsive, making the stay very pleasant. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nairobi.

The trip was exciting and extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They tried to accommodate each and every request. We traveled with 21 adults and they give us early check in and everything was smooth. Food was delicious and front desk was perfectly kind and helpful. The staff are warm & the facilities are excellent. I was there for a business purpose & they handled us with so much care. I liked the food, however the options for healthier drinks were limited within the conference package. 4/5 rating is only because of the slow WiFi which was attributed to their ongoing switch to STARLINK.

Great stay in a quiet place amidst the busy streets of Nairobi, centrally located near CBD and Kilimani. The hotel itself breathes the atmosphere of 1980s/90s chique, some elements of the building deserve an upgrade but it received a fresh paint job while I was there. The superior room is quite a bit larger than the standard room and has extra amenities. The staff goes out of their way to help wherever needed.
