I constantly use this hotel for my meetings.What I love most is the way staff welcomes you.They are very warm and friendly with all of them so much welcome. The meeting rooms are 👌, very spacious and very quiet. They are clean, the conference amenities are something to smile about.Food is on another level Wesley was always there for us with smile on his face and very professional when handling us.we will definitely be back for more events

Second home away from home .Staff are amazing especially Mr.Cesar at the front desk.The hotel is clean and neatly kept.Food is excellent and prices are fair.Mr Wesley as usual is very helpful .He is always there for us .The conference room are spacious and well maintained.We will keep using the heron portico for our events always

The rooms are super clean and cozy.Felt so homelike.Totally recommend for vacations or just a personal getaway.The services were good and very professional.Next timw i would go with my partner to share the magical experience together.Honestly the photos online did not dissapoint at all.

The Hotel is located a few minutes from the Nairobi city center. The place is cool and easily accessible for holding meetings and conferences. The halls are well lit, clean with well functioning public addresses and a strong WIFI to hold any online meetings. The staff are well organized and friendly. Hat off to the GM Mr. Neeraj for ensuring the place is well kept and everyone is catered for and leading the team so passionately. Bravo to Mr. Wesley and the catering team for the delicious and tasty meals and drinks. Not forgetting the security team. Can not get enough words to describe the place. The place is quite desirable and i highly recommend.

I'm now a regular guest in this swahili themed hotel in the city of Nairobi. Service as usual is something to smile about while in this hotel.Food is delicious .The facility is clean and the atmosphere very welcoming. Staff are always clean and welcoming . The conference rooms are spacious and well kept.Accomodation rooms are well ventilated. Waiters at bashasha are friendly and welcoming especially Onesmus Kala.Wesley was always there for us and he ensured our stay was something to smile about. We will keep on using this hotel .

my first time in this hotel and im very happy with everything .The conference rooms are very spacious and well equipped.The accomodation rooms are on another level ,Very nice and comfortable.The food was very nice,Thanks to the chefs.Service was excellent.I will like to appreciate one particular person Mr.Wesley who was very helpful,he went beyond to ensure that we are very comfortable in the hotel.We will definitely vome back for more workshops.

I would more than anything else come back to this facility and not just that but also recommend my friends, colleagues and family members to choose this facility when visiting this parts of the world or country for that matter if you’re a local It’s easily accessible because it is not far from the central business district ( CBD) hence saves you some money and some time as well. This place also his business meetings, conferences or seminars and other activities that would require spaces with large facilities to accommodate huge numbers While visiting this facility you will never need to worry about the security and safety of your vehicle because it has a big and ample parking area that would allow a significant amount of cars to park and never to have to worry about cars clashing at them parking lot. The rates are also very friendly and affordable bearing in mind that they provide exquisite services. So once again welcome
