I chose it because of the old five-star hotel in Jiangxi. The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. It is very convenient to go to the subway station and bus station. It is very convenient to take the subway to the Tengwang Pavilion and other attractions. It takes ten minutes to walk to Bayi Square. The surrounding is bustling and lively. The facilities are complete but it is a bit old, sanitary, two bottles of water a day, no fruit. The breakfast price is high and the variety is small. The reception level at the front desk needs to be improved. Originally, there was no deposit required for Ctrip bookings. The front desk required a deposit when checking in. I asked for a refund of the deposit when I checked out, but the staff said that there is no deposit required for this room 😰😰? ! Personally feel that there is a gap between five stars. On the other floor, ”Gan Xiang Qing Restaurant is not recommended. The price is high, the sanitation is poor, and the serving speed is very slow.

Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

Positive points: The hotel is overall good. Good value for its price. The room was warm (travelled in winter) - even had to leave the window open. The WiFi connection was fast. You can use their washing machines for your laundry (2 RMB). Close to the Nanchang West Railway Station. Negative points: Very far from where all the fun is. The neighbourhood is quite new, apparently. Dead. Better to pay more and find a hotel in the city centre, as, anyway, you will spend the same money on taxis or waste more than an hour daily on public transportation (also need to walk about 1km from the subway station). The room was not very clean. The carpet under the bed looked horrible. Even saw someone's nail on it. A used toothpick on the floor in the toilet. There even was someone's snot on the wall in the shower. Lost 12 yuan when doing my laundry, as there's an ad popping up when you scan the QR code on the washing machine prompting you to pay 12 RMB. I can't read Chinese and didn't bother to check the translation as I didn't expect any other payment. The Front Desk hadn't warned me about it. I complained to Front Desk agent, who promised someone would get back to me on the matter the next day. Of course, nobody did. The service is sometimes slow. When you flush the toilet, the water splashes everywhere. Not very hygienic. The water in the shower at certain hours turns hot or cold every five to ten seconds - couldn't take a shower comfortably.

Good position, very big structure. Rooms are spacious and have all what is needed. The service is good, but not 5 stars. The guy who met us at the entrance just helped to take out of the car the luggage, after that he put it on the ground and left. Some of the stuff speak English which is a plus. They have a lot of amenities for kids. The cleaning is average.

A hotel worth recommending. Next to Qiushui Square, in front of Shangri-La, and next to the subway station, it's an excellent location. You can watch the musical fountain in the corridor of the room. Because there were people getting married next door during the National Day and it was very noisy, they helped me change the room. It was super big and very comfortable. This was the first time Nanchang had a super popular National Day and I was too lazy to go out and squeeze in. It was also very comfortable to stay in the hotel room! The disadvantage is that you have to go downstairs to pick up the takeaways yourself; there is also no place to hang towels in the bathroom, which I hope can be improved!

The guy who met us at the entrance just helped to take out of the car the luggage, after that he put it on the ground and left. Some of the stuff speak English which is a plus.
