Hotel Florence

In my organization where I work, our Chair*** used to say “Smell of a Place” – which in short means that people perceive one place by what they see, what they feel and how they are treated. Let me elaborate this from my experience in Hotel Florence: I had made this booking 1 month on advance and Mr. A*** who assisted, was very kind and trusting to confirm the booking without asking for any advance! That’s Trust! I had requested for a late check-in and I arrived almost at midnight. In the security there was Mr. Shaikh – he was quick to assist me with the parking and soon came running Mr. Sal*** to help with the luggage. Both were so much caring, even at such wee hours! This is a true reflection of hospitality Check-in process was smooth and we were escorted by Sal*** to our room. Spacious room with delightful washroom, neat towels, linens and everything was clean and tidy. Morning we had a sumptuous breakfast – it has a nice touch of Punjabi cuisine – chole bhatore, paneer paratha etc – again the staffs were very courteous and ready to help Overall our stay at the hotel was fantastic and the cherry on the icing is that its very much pocket friendly!

Excellent value... This property deserves a 5 star. Clean, compact, good quality amenities. The perfect choice for an overnight stay while we travelled from Gokarna to Tadoba. The icing on the cake was their fabulous hot water system with high pressure. Safe parking lot at their basement, was another star added to Florence. Well groomed & courteous staff, made our stay very comfortable. Thankyou Team Florence
