Extremely pricey but great location. It's probably the most iconic building in Nanjing after all. One very unacceptable thing for me is that the bathtub was just broken. If you wanted to enjoy sitting down in a tub of water and relaxing for a while, too bad.

First time to Nanjing, thought about booking one of these
Shangri-la, Marriot, Andaz, Kempinski and Intercontinental. Decision was made - Intercontinental, the tallest hotel in the region, closed to metros and local shops. Free upgraded room with sensational view to Xuan Wu Lake, hotel team are all excellent from check-in to check-out. Overall, highly recommended hotel to tourist visiting Nanjing.

What an outstanding hotel experience! I was graciously upgraded to a room on the 70th floor, boasting breathtaking views of the lake. The location couldn't have been more ideal, situated right next to a metro station. The room itself was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and exceptionally comfortable. Without a doubt, I'll be choosing to stay here again when I return.

This hotel hasn't aged well! Located in one of the top buildings in Nanjing, you can see that they are trying to save money wherever they can - the wardrobes in the room did not close properly (hinges worn out) and it was impossible to set the aircondition to cooling, which made the room rediculously hot.
There are definitely better hotels in Nanjing...

Tallest hotel and building in Jiangsu with probably the best rooftop bar in Nanjing. Highly recommended
