The entrance location is very hard to find. It's in the city centre past construction and almost hidden away. Even my helpful Didi driver couldn't find it. Good luck.
The room has very thin walls so at night you will hear an angry netizen shouting through the walls well into 3am. Did not give that 4star feeling.
Room was clean though. The window was a bit disturbing leading to holes in the ceiling (see picture)

Very bad experience
We couldn’t sleep almost all night
The wall are thin can hear the people in other rooms
Can hear the people walk in the hallway,
The bed is not comfortable to sleep
The first and last time in this hotel
Avoid it for better sleep

The location is super good. The staffs are really nice. Although they can not speak English, they are willing to help by using translating application. The room is clean.

Good location, near to shopping malls and nice food. Near to subway station, easy to go travel to other tourist attractions or train stations. It's actually located on 12 floor on Friendship Square, have to share lifts with office workers.The aircon is centrally controlled, hence we can't adjust the temperature and have to change to fan mode. Friendly staffs, clean room and laundry available. Overall not a bad stay.

Good breakfast, Near to metro station and shopping malls. However for the price I’d recommend you to book somewhere else.

和我以往住過的桔子水晶不一樣
1️⃣地理位置是挺不錯的，新街口，市中心，但是但是但是！定位不準啊，打車給你送到距離店門差不多得有一兩百米的距離，吃過兩次虧之後衹能定位門口的東來順。而且，在寫字樓裏面，拖着行李還要爬樓梯，然後等電梯到12層才是大廳，真夠累的，還不如選擇就在馬路邊邊上的，一進去就是酒店大堂的，辦理入住，出行，都很方便
2️⃣裏面的環境一般吧，沒差，但是樓上還在裝修，八點多就能聽到電鑽聲，這體驗大打折扣了吧，房價或者服務請問有哪點做到給顧客一個滿意的交代呢？
3️⃣以往出去旅遊住過的酒店，我從來沒看見前台一堆人還在聊天的，看到顧客也不打招呼的包括客房部門的阿姨也是，當沒看見你，不是説顧客是上帝，但是這條是有過對比之後才寫上來，迎面走來互相打聲招呼，體驗感就很好啊，至少到一個陌生的城市，有被歡迎的感覺還是挺暖的，可惜沒有。。
4️⃣我不會接受20元的轉賬給好評，所以別聯繫，以上都屬實，以後還是選擇亞朵或者全季也行。
