Counter staffs are very obliging to extend my check out time to 2.00 pm . My departure flight is at 1700 hours . There was a slight cut to my right finger. And I asked for medical lawyer and she promptly obliged. Very courteous n smiling faces all around .

Very good location right next to Nanjing South Railway Station and not far from new Himalaya Complex (HIMA), and the hotel has a nice lobby, hosting a coffee shop too.

Warm service, good location, quality toiletries and amenities, bright and comfortable room. I would give it a 6 star. Things to highlight: •Dyson hair dryer •Nespresso machine •Soft drinks and biscuits that were replenished everyday • Quality bathrobe, bedroom slippers • bedsheets feels like a 900TC quality • AI butler in the room • Vanity dresser with mirror • Massage shower head with good water pressure • Warm bidet toilet that was much appreciated during our stay in winter • Complimentary fruits, dessert and porridge at the lobby every night • 5 mins walk to Nanjing South Station, both train and metro station are located at the same station. • Lots of food options surround the hotel. I highly recommend UrCove by Hyatt.

I was so impressed with their service, especially when it’s time to check out and my clothes were still in the dryer. Staff let us sit at the waiting area and give us warm water.

Booked for a 5days stay for my trip in Nanjing, hotel is located about 5-10mins walk from the Nanjing South Railway Station. Starting with the pros of the hotel. Firstly, I’m most satisfied with the service level. Would like to especially praise staff - Zhou Jingjing as she noticed that I got wet in the rain and passed me some tissue when I arrived, a small action like this actually leaves a good first impression. Not to mention the rest of the staffs (including the housekeepers) were also helpful and action almost immediately. Eg. During my checkin there room wasn’t clean properly and has sticky stains on the table and chair, since it doesn’t bother me; I wiped it and feedback to the staff, housekeeper made sure the room was clean on the subsequent days. Secondly, room is spacious and extra point for the bidet in the toilet. Moving on to the cons which are all technology related. Firstly, the aircon can only be felt at the entrance, can’t really reach the bed area even though there is another vent, the difference in temperature is noticeable. Secondly, the TV offers screen projection; however, it does not work on certain nights. This hiccup was first observed at about 10+pm during one of the night, alerted the staff but not fixable as well, not sure if it was due to the wifi or TV issue? Overall, other than the technology devices which need enhancement / attention, I had a pleasant stay. P.S. Forgotten to take picture of the room but it is exactly the same as what the hotel and visitors posted.

Nice hotel, not far from Nanjing south railway station. A lot of shops and restaurants around. The room was very clean with a nice view to the railway station. Nice, that water, drinks and snacks were provided for free. A coffee shop is directly inside the lobby. Breakfast mostly Chinese and very fresh. Friendly and helpful staff. English skills and check in communication were a little bit difficult.

The staff at the reception were very nice, caring and helpful. Room was of good size and clean. Location was excellent as it's close to Nanjing South Station, and lots of places to eat close by.

UrCove by HYATT is a perfect alternative for someone who comes to Nanjing for business, to meet friends, or simply to explore the wonderful city. The hotel is very new, fresh and the technology included into the room is really useful. It is located just a few minutes away from the railway station. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the service was not only good but truly perfect! The staff who greeted me (丫丫) helped me check in quicker than I have been checked in for years and updated me on all the things that the hotel had to offer. In the evening, I encountered trouble ordering food from outside (my own misstake) and she not only personally helped me communicate with the delivery person but also offered and helped me me warm the food once it was delivered. I recommend anyone visiting Nanjing to consider this hotel and hope you encounter 丫丫! I certainly know where I will stay next time. Thank you for the great service! 💫
