nice hotel, and staff are very friendly with great service and attitude. room is very comfortable and looks great!

Not as clean and nice as expected for a 5 star hotel. Few rooms were strong with smoking smell. Location and services wise were amazing

Everything was good. The room was nice and had a beautiful city view. However, the hotel's air conditioner ****** the cigarette smell from other rooms into my room, causing my room to be filled with the smell of cigarettes and making it impossible for me to sleep. I had a sore throat and coughed.

Not a very convenient location compared to other Nanning hotels in the area. Our room's TV was not working and our shower was not draining causing a flooded bathroom, instead of offering a change of rooms, they got a technician to come "fix" the shower drainage, it still flooded anyways. As we were only there 1 night, we just let it go. PS. Room still smelled like smoke before even though it adverstised non-smoking room.

Had a enjoyable stay at at this hotel. The lady who checked me in ( her name is Candy) escorted me to my room and went out of her way to make me feel welcome. She even helped me to order food because I don't have a local phone number and unable to order myself. Will give 6 stars but the maximum I can give is 5 stars

I had an enjoyable stay at Golden Diamond Hotel (Vientiane City, Nanning East Railway Station Branch). The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient for travel and local access. The staff were extremely polite and always willing to go out of their way to help, which made my stay even more comfortable. The room was spacious, well-kept, and featured a large, very comfy bed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Good location but quite aged hotel room

We had to do an emergency night stay as my husbands leg was injured. I booked a room without breakfast as i was in a hurry. Explained and ask the hotel to give us 2 free breakfast as we were leaving early the next day and only needed a coffee. But they refused. Even though it was my birthday month. I had to cancel my booking and rebook the room inclusive with breakfast. The reason given was their breakfast is very good, it was actually average. On my way back from breakfast as i only took away a drink, the same hotel staff bumped into me spilling my drink on me. I guess i am not fated with this hotel! They did send some fruits to the room but by then, the first impressions and experience was already poor. Considering my husband was on crutch and we only needed a drink for breakfast, they should have been more sympathetic

Good stay. Clean rooms and suitable for a few nights stay. Receptionists are friendly.
