Renaissance Naples Hotel Mediterraneo

我覺得真的很像一箇中國老式的商務酒店，裏面設施很舊，味道也很大，床有股潮濕的味道，唯一不錯的是早餐，是可以的，很豐富

This was the second visit we have made to Naples and this hotel is definitely our first choice. It is in the city centre and the staff are incredibly friendly and profession. We arrived early in the morning but the front desk, and particularly Andrea, could not have been helpful and found us our room as quickly as possible. Later he advised on a restaurant for dinner with some friends and it could not have been better. He helped make our stay even better. When we return to Naples, and we will, we will definitely return to this hotel.

The service and friendliness of the staff was exceptional! The breakfast room also has lovely view over the harbour and the whole city. Little things do such a difference, we got some pasta to take with us at home, and the kind best made us super happy! The rooms are a bit shabby. Ok for a shorter stay and nothing wrong, but needs refurbishing. Bring your own hairdryer and amenities, the ones at the hotel are kind for emergencies only. Beds were great and rooms quiet.

Have had the opportunity to stay here for a total of 24 nights over two different trips and have had great experiences both times. Clean hotel, nice rooms, and the most amazing view as you eat your breakfast and prepare for your day. I was upgraded to a slightly larger room (Bonvoy member for the win!) which was perfect given my long stay, although I recall was only here to sleep! The hotel is in a prime location, close to many of the touristy shopping and eating areas, but not too far from some of the nicer off the beaten path areas. The breakfast venue on the 11th floor is fantastic, and the food is fine. The pancake machine was the highlight of the morning if it wasn’t being finicky. A very attentive staff will come with your morning caffeine! Usually a fair number of cabs lying in wait for those who need a taxi to wherever they need to be. The pricing for them can be…uneven. Also, the hotel will book you a nicer car for those early morning rides back to the airport. The front desk and house cleaning were always very attentive and helpful! On the areas to watch for, the in room fridge seemed to be barely working…if at all. And that could be related to the environmentals and other power in the room cutting out if you are gone and the key card isn’t in the occupied room slot. Being a veteran of such hotels I left my spare key in the slot to keep things going while I was gone…only to come back and find the spare gone. I also think the environmentals will cut out at night as I woke up a few times a night needing better air circulation. In fairness to the hotel mgt, I didn’t follow up on these.

The location is perfect, right off the Via Toledo pedestrian area, and walking distance to historic and cultural attractions such as Castle Nuovo, Piazza Dante, the archaeological museum and many more. The hotel itself is clean and modern with a wonderful roof-top breakfast area that offers a wide, panoramic view of the bay and the castle. The rooms are clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy. Every member of the staff we engaged with was helpful and kind--with Andrea at the front desk really going the extra mile! We’ve stayed here at least five times and are making plans for next year.

High quality hotel with an excellent location. Many cafes, restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. Good views from a number of rooms, breakfast room and rooftop terraces. Helpful and accommodating staff. Good breakfast with plenty of choices.

a friend of ours booked the hotel for us and it was the best experience ever. big rooms, super comfortable and fully equipped. we had breakfast at the roof, amazing views. service and people super polite!!! Located in the center, and you can be in 10 minutes walk at waterfront, quartieri spagnoli and mamy other places. Loved it!!!

This hotel accommodated us with a last minute reservation when our trip to Tel Aviv was cancelled. We stayed here as Marriott Titanium members and they found us a room for two nights and allowed us to use our suite upgrades. This is a great location and walking distance to many sites. The breakfast on the rooftop was excellent. Great staff!

We absolutely loved this hotel! It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We stayed in a king room and although it isn't that large, you aren't really in the room that much so it didn't bother us. The rooftop breakfast area is wonderful! You have a great view of the water as well as the city. There is a hot tub on the roof as well that we did enjoy one evening. The restaurant in the hotel is also very good, we had one dinner there and found the food and the staff great. There is also a decent sized bar off the lobby as well. Location is key, you can either walk up a few blocks and be right in the hustle and bustle of shopping or walk up and over to the right and find your way into the older part of the city. Walk down a few blocks and you find yourself right on the waterfront.
