Ένα πραγματικά γοητευτικό ξενοδοχείο, από τη ρεσεψιόν μέχρι την υπηρεσία πρωινού… η ποιότητα είναι εκεί και το μέρος είναι όμορφο… η γειτονιά λίγο λιγότερο… αλλά είναι η Νάπολη! Και είναι ωραίο! Προχώρα με κλειστά μάτια...

Συνολικά, η διαμονή μου ήταν αρκετά ευχάριστη. Το προσωπικό είναι εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό. Το δωμάτιό μου ήταν εντάξει, με όλα τα πράγματα που χρειάζεται κάποιος για να είναι άνετος, εκτός από, λίγο κλιματισμό και ανακούφιση από το θόρυβο. Το πρωινό είναι υπέροχη εξυπηρέτηση και ποικιλία φαγητών για κάθε παλέτα. Όμως, ο ύπνος ήταν μια πρόκληση με τον θόρυβο του δρόμου και τις σκληρές επιφάνειες έξω. και, ήταν ζεστό και το AC δεν λειτουργούσε. Έτσι, εάν έχετε jet lag και είναι ζεστές οι θερμοκρασίες, αυτό μπορεί να είναι μια προειδοποιητική ιστορία.

Staff was very accommodating. Very warm and welcoming. Nice hot shower. Walkable to many places. Authentic and gritty, in the best sense.
Great restaurant recommendation for a little place right up the street.

My husband and I booked a five night stay at Hotel Decumani de Charme. Our stay was a wonderful experience, and we happily recommend this hotel to all. The property is located in the historical center, is exceptionally clean and quiet, and is close to the metro and grocery stores. The staff is exceptional in their service! We cannot say enough wonderful things about their staff. They are thoughtful, patient, and incredibly helpful.
The area is safe, and we loved our room. The room is spacious with tall ceilings, and the wifi is excellent. Breakfast is incredible, and you will be amazed at the picturesque dining room. You will not regret your stay at Decumani Hotel de Charme! We thank them for their wonderful hospitality and our stay in Napoli.

The staff were wonderful - especially Irene at the Front Desk. She met and exceeded every request we made. In addition to which, the room was special, the bath has a jacuzzi which was special, the breakfast was special. The location was amazing. Naples is amazing. But especially the Front Desk staff were unbelievably kind. We could not have had a better experience.

Easy to find, friendly helpful staff. Room was quite small, but that is what we booked for a one night stay. Had everything we needed. Close walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping and main central attractions.

Very well run hotel, a former palace. Rooms magnificent, service excellent, breakfast great. And far from over priced. Okay, the immediate surroundings are pretty grotty- but one inside, it is blissful!

All of the property and staff were great. It was only when you stepped off property it was in poor condition and not welcoming to the hotel

We appreciated being moved quickly to a different room where the air conditioning worked.
The establishment doesn’t offer an initial overview of facilities, local restaurants, check out time etc. I was surprised and disappointed given the ‘hype’ of the place. The blond female manager (I think) is a Godsend and has her work cut out for her.
