B&B Chiaia 32

This was my third stay in Naples and I always choose Via Chiaia as it is a very elegant and safe area. B & B Chiaia 32 was the best choice so far. It is a minute walk away from Piazza del Plebiscito. The entrance is very welcoming and it is also served by a lift. The rooms are spotless and they are cleaned every day. Breakfast is also served daily in the room. We stayed in Room 5 and it was very spacious with a walk in wardrobe, en suite bathroom and there was also a kitchenette surprisingly tucked in a cupboard. If you are planning to stay at this B&B make sure you book a room with a balcony on Via Chiaia.

I unfortunately cannot recommend this B&B. We were looking for something basic for 1 night in Naples before an early morning flight, and booked this a few weeks ahead. It was difficult to find information on check in (I booked through their official website), and ended up only sending them our check-in time a few hours before we arrived. They do not regularly staff the front desk, so no one was there to meet us and we had to wait for 20 minutes. This was not a huge deal, but good to be aware of if you book. The amenities were not great - mini fridge never got cold, shower was partially broken and leaked into the main room, and the shower and toilet stalls were only separated by partial walls so there was really no privacy with another person in the room. There was no blanket on the bed (just a sheet), which we didn't realize until it was late and we didn't want to message the host and wait up to have them come bring us one. The only window in the room opened into the indoor stairwell/elevator shaft, so no natural light. Fabio who checked us in was pleasant, and the check-out process was super easy (we just left the keys in the morning), and the bed had GREAT pillows. The location is in the middle of a very fun/walkable area. A few pluses but not worth the cost in my opinion.

Ottima la posizione, arrivi con la metro e scendi direttamente sotto al b&b, camere calde e pulite, la colazione servita in camera è una chiccheria..Lo consiglio vivamente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo . Grazie al nostro amico che ha organizzato il tutto.Ci ritornerei veramente.

Da anni mi rivolgo a questa struttura e ogni volta è una conferma. Viaggio di gruppo, abbiamo occupato tutta la struttura. Ineccepibile l'accoglienza. Gentili e disponibili in tutto e per tutto, puntuali e precisi nella prenotazione. Stanze molto confortevoli e pulite, posizione centralissima. Tra l'altro con la nuova fermata della metro Chiaia ancora più comodo per raggiungere veramente tutto! Grazie per l'ospitalità e l'accoglienza.

Al quarto piano di uno stabile residenziale. Organizzati con reception e self check in. Camera grande, confortevole e molto pulita. Dotata di ogni confort (wifi, zona cucina, tavolo, divano). Bagno enorme e moderno. Colazione in camera. Non casalinga ma completa

Un'ottima sistemazione al centro di Napoli dalla quale partire per visitare le vie principali a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. Il servizio con colazione in camere è ottimo, con ampia scelta. Le camere sono pulite e ordinate. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Unico appunto marginale, la camere singola è effettivamente un po' piccola con poco spazio intorno al letto, ma per il resto niente da dire.
