B&B Chiaia 32

I unfortunately cannot recommend this B&B. We were looking for something basic for 1 night in Naples before an early morning flight, and booked this a few weeks ahead. It was difficult to find information on check in (I booked through their official website), and ended up only sending them our check-in time a few hours before we arrived. They do not regularly staff the front desk, so no one was there to meet us and we had to wait for 20 minutes. This was not a huge deal, but good to be aware of if you book. The amenities were not great - mini fridge never got cold, shower was partially broken and leaked into the main room, and the shower and toilet stalls were only separated by partial walls so there was really no privacy with another person in the room. There was no blanket on the bed (just a sheet), which we didn't realize until it was late and we didn't want to message the host and wait up to have them come bring us one. The only window in the room opened into the indoor stairwell/elevator shaft, so no natural light. Fabio who checked us in was pleasant, and the check-out process was super easy (we just left the keys in the morning), and the bed had GREAT pillows. The location is in the middle of a very fun/walkable area. A few pluses but not worth the cost in my opinion.

The room was very clean, everything seemed new, in a Scandinavian style. They look exactly like the website show. Staff were friendly and helpful. Near a couple of subway stations and many restaurants. If you are going to be taking the train a lot to go to Sorrento, Pompeii, Ercolano, etc. take into account that walking to either Toledo or Municipio subway station, taking the subway to Garibaldi, and walking to Napoli Centrale, takes about 40 minutes. A minor thing, there were not a lot of outlets to charge phones; we had to disconnect the lamps. Also, the WiFi was very slow and disconnected often. That resulted in my photos not being able to sync properly to the cloud, giving storage problems the following day when I wanted to take more pictures.

Lovely place to stay in Naples. Fabio was helpful throughout with prompt responses to questions. Apartment was big enough and well equipped. Location was perfect. 5 min walk to ocean, 10 min walk to port for ferries, 5min walk to metro for interconnecting train to Rome. Shops at your doorstep. Pick up location for tours to Amalphi 2 min walk away.

Perfetto! Ottima posizione, tranquillo, camere pulitissime e dotate di ogni confort, personale super cortese e cordiale : complimenti a tutto il team! Colazione in camera top! Consigliatissimo...prenotate senza esitazione!!! Noi ci ritorneremo volentieri!!!

Abbiamo alloggiato per 3 notti dal 19/03 al 22/03 nella camera 6… Siamo state coccolate con ogni tipo di attenzione e disponibilità da parte di tutti; personale attento a ogni tipo di esigenza! Struttura pulita e confortevole… Colazione in camera top: all’arrivano fammi scegliere le cose gradite da portare al mattino in camera. Posizione strategica, quartiere silenzioso e vicino a tutte le principali attrattive. Grazie!

Soggiorno al b&b CHIAIA 197 A parte la posizione strategica, al centro di Napoli, per il resto una vera delusione. Le stanze sono molto più piccole di come te le descrivono e di come sono in foto. Abbiamo chiesto una tripla “de luxe”, invece abbiamo soggiornato in una piccola matrimoniale dove il terzo letto aggiunto era una poltrona a prova di fachiro… Lo spazio era così ridotto che il tavolino era addossato al frigorifero che non riuscivi ad aprire. L’angolo cottura, abbiamo solo in seguito scoperto essere a PAGAMENTO, infatti i mobili erano chiusi a chiave e i cassetti aperti completamente vuoti. Si ha a disposizione un bollitore per il té ma si hanno a disposizione solo 2 tazze, nessun bicchiere né tantomeno cucchiaini che abbiamo richiesto ma MAI RICEVUTI. Il pagamento va effettuato all’arrivo senza poter visionare prima le stanze quindi quando ci siamo accorte che avremmo dovuto prendere un’altra stanza ci hanno proposto una singola con l’aggiunta di € 150:per due notti oltre al prezzo già corrisposto. Unica nota positiva la ragazza delle pulizie Jira, sorridente e disponibile. LA COLAZIONE: visto che i prodotti non sono in busta , potrebbero offrire qualcosa di più tipico rispetto a dei CORNETTI GONFI E GOMMOSI. SUGGERIMENTO: vista la grande offerta di b&b in centro, scegliete altro

Una vera delusione. Questo b&b situato nel cuore di Napoli potrebbe essere un gioiellino peccato per la pessima gestione. Parliamo di Chiara 197: le stanze sono molto ma molto più piccole di come sono mostrate in foto , per capirci noi abbiamo chiesto una tripla ma abbiamo dormito in una doppia piccola pur essendo una “ de luxe” . Il terzo letto è solo una poltrona scomodissima. Se aperta non c’è spazio per camminare. Il tavolino e le sedie sono appiccicate al frigo che non puoi aprire. L’angolo cottura è utilizzabile solo A PAGAMENTO. Puoi usufruire del bollitore per il té ma ci sono solo 2 tazze e mancano i cucchiaini. Li abbiamo chiesti al gestore il quale ha risposto che avrebbe provveduto… sono partita e sto ancora aspettando i cucchiaini Neanche un bicchiere di carta, tutto è sotto chiave. COSA PRINCIPALE: il pagamento è anticipato o appena arrivi prima di visionare la stanza. Quando ci siamo accorte che era piccola e scomoda abbiamo chiesto un’altra sistemazione anche disposte a dividerci. Il gestore ha proposto di aggiungere una singola con ulteriori € 150 PER 2 NOTTI. NOTA POSITIVA: Jira là ragazze delle pulizie , gentile, sorridente e capace.

Ho soggiornato per una notte in camera doppia tutto perfetto cortesia gentilezza pulizia camera grande dotato di un tavolo in quanto la viene servita in camera anche il bagno dotato di finestra è grande consiglio questo hotel a chi deciderà di andare a Napoli e sicuramente qualora dovessi tornare a Napoli prenotero' lì
