I can only join other customers saying that the location was excellent, room was large and clean, bed comfortable, the receptionist very friendly. But what I found especially pleasant was that the owners sent a message with scrupulously detailed instruction how to find them and how to orientate in the building, which is quite serious matter in old buildings of Naples.

We stayed here for one night and it was good. It's a good basic hotel that has everything you need. Good location that was near the metro. Big room, very clean and tidy. Most importantly, the receptionist was very helpful. We were able to check in early at around 11am which was awesome and the staff arranged our breakfast in advance to take away because we had to leave at 5am which was nice. They have coffee, tea, milk and a balcony in the common area. Overall it was a good stay.

couldn't be more happy to have chosen this hotel in my trip to Naples, is a beautiful small place, chic, new, clean, comfortable bed, people so caring for me and my comfort, first day I went out to discover the city, and when i get back at evening my room was completely shiny and my luggage and clothes that i left out was folded in the closet!! I work in a 4,000 rooms hotel in a main city in USA, and this little hotel was above and beyond. And breakfast! Oh my God, they baked fresh Bakery every morning when you wake up, you have a fresh warm breakfast in your table... THIS PLACE IS A GEM

Arrived a couple of hours early and met by staff with no bother. Modern, chic rooms with good air conditioning (compared to a much more expensive location a few nights before!) ,excellent breakfast options and a brilliant location to get around the city. We were allowed to leave luggage in the building after checkout and the host even ordered a taxi for us for later. Central location, creative modern styling and helpful staff made this a great experience.

Stayed for one night, just using the hotel as a base following a late flight as we were going to Positano the following day to stay a few nights. This place is located in a grubby street, bins and rubbish everywhere outside As we arrived late we had to pay an additional fee to be checked in which was strange given that we had less use of the room The place is very basic, not very comfortable, good for a base only and not somewhere you can relax. Wouldn’t have felt safe leaving valuables there Didn’t stay for breakfast as we were keen to get out asap Good location for the train and bus stations A cheap option

posto giusto, anche per brevi soggiorni; gestito da ragazze gentili e disponibili; il servizio è corretto e l'ambiente curato e confortevole; nessun dettaglio è lasciato al caso e i costi sono accettabili; dimenticavo: anche la colazione è ottima;

Soggiorno 100+ ! Pulizia eccellente e posizione centralissima. Davvero tutto perfetto, ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative!! Poi lo staff è davvero eccezionale, pronto a soddisfare ogni tua esigenza. Sicuramente ci ritornerò.

Che dire! Esperienza FANTASTICA! Ottima posizione, vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni della città e ai mezzi pubblici per spostarsi facilmente. Camere, pulizia e servizio SUPER. Ottima accoglienza, personale disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò volentieri al più presto!

La casa di Luna è un Beb situato a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale, risulta comodissimo per ogni spostamento in città. Struttura pulita e per organizzata. Staff simpatico e sempre disponibile. Ci tornerò di sicuro…… grazie di tutto!!!!!
