Bed and breakfast pulito e in posizione strategica, a pochi passi dalla metro e dal centro. Il proprietario e la dipendente sono molto educati, disponibili e cordiali. Colazione servita in camera sempre in orario e con prodotti buoni e di qualità.

Very close to Garibaldi station and bus stop to airport , so the location is perfect, though the area around Napoli central station is not appreciated by many. There is a classic elevator to bring you to the 5th floor, but it's so slow compared with the normal ones. A typically simple Italian breakfast will be delivered to your room by the landlady. The bedroom/bathroom both OK, you just get what you pay for. It's relatively quiet for the location, I think this is another bonus point.

They were really friendly. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was delivered to room at time you requested. Was really close to Naples Centrale rail station and excellent place to eat right next dollar.

Near train station. With street people around. Inside a compound really feel scary in the eve. Then elevator didn’t work

Having checked this area on Google Street View before departing for Naples I knew where the hidden entrance to Binario was situated. The area, despite obvious inves**ent and modern architecture, is blighted by wall-to-wall litter and ****s. A collection of traders occupy the square trying to make a living in what must be a very difficult environment. As my arrival was after the usual check-in time, the huge main door into the courtyard was closed but a couple exiting let me in to the arched walkway. The building seems to be a collection of B&Bs, and Binario is on the 5th floor and reached by a two-person lift. It appears that if the inner doors of the lift are not closed on exit (a safety measure obviously and well highlighted for guests), it cannot be summoned by other users. This results in having to walk the many flights of stairs to the room. The reception area is tiny and was unattended when I arrived. Another guest let me in and gave me a number to phone. The friendly guy looking after the B&B arrived and I was shown to my spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Great bathroom, modern decor, seating area and work desk. I was asked what I wanted from the breakfast menu and my choice was delivered to the room at the designated time the following morning. The usual sweet fayre and perfectly adequate. Naples is a city which will entertain and shock in equal measure and has a lot to offer. If one can ignore the untidiness of the area, the unflattering entrance, and the not-so-scenic view from the room, one could probably do ok and get a comfortable sleep at this B&B. I certainly did. Its proximity to Napoli Centrale Station is a major advantage. A lofty gem for about €32 per night in the diverse Piazza Giuseppi Garibaldi. Luggage was stored until later that afternoon.

The host is friendly and the bedding etc was immaculate - crisp and clean as were the towels - but the accommodation otherwise was truly awful. The shower was crusted with mould. The dark curtains covering the window - when opened onto a balcony highlighted how decrepit and dismal the surroundings were. Top floor of a narrow building in courtyard style looking out of our window the ground seemed to be covered in sacks of rubbish. The smell of decaying rubbish permeated from this into the apar**ent so we kept the window shut. The breakfast ? Was an instant machine produced coffee in a paper cup and was laced with sugar. The area is sketchy … lots of probably immigrant Africans selling old clothes and rubbish on the ground. Booked for four nights - we left the next day as soon as we could.

Struttura esterna fatiscente ma all interno l ambiente è curato e confortevole. Tutto lo staff è a piena disposizione colazione ottima ed abbondante. La posizione strategica vicino la stazione consente di arrivare comodamente dove vuoi con metro o treno. Lo consiglio tantissimo.

Struttura molto comoda per chi viaggia a Napoli Centrale. Camere pulite con arredamento extra minimal. Bagno pulito con sanitari e vano doccia mediocri. Ricezione notturna affidata alla comunicazione telefonica con un signore gentilissimo. Colazione non fatta perché disponibile dalle ore 8:00 previa compilazione di un modulo in cui barrare quello che si ha intenzione di consumare.
